1/4 kilo sirloin, sukiyaki cut 1 tbsp chili sauce

Knorr Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp spring onions, chopped

3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp bean paste 3 tbsp sugar

1 pack Knorr Beef Cubes lettuce, as needed

2 tbsp rice wine sesame seeds, for garnish

1 tbsp sesame seeds spring onions, for garnish

LET'S GET COOKING


1 Let’s begin by rubbing sirloin strips with Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Just let this stand in the chiller for 10 minutes.

2 Next, grab a bowl and combine all the soy sauce ingredients together and mix this well.

3 After 10 minutes, cook the sirloin strips just roughly 6-8 seconds per side on a hot and well-oiled grill pan. Now, transfer the sirloin to a bowl, pouring the soy sauce
mixture over. Just allow the meat to absorb the sauce by letting it sit for a few minutes.

4 Here’s how you serve the Bulgogi: you need to sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of the meat, wrap the meat with the lettuce leaves and spring onions and that’s it!
