Due to the fact that we have limited info on your Alpha Lub System, at your earliest
convenience please send us the following, for our records and future references.

All info needed:

1. Lubricator’s plunger diameter and lubricator’s stroke

Example : piston diameter

Stroke can be found in the commissioning report inside ALCU cabinet.

2. Photo of the Lubricator fitted onboard.

In order to check:
2.1. Single or double Lubricator?

Example : single lubricator

2.2 2 flanges or 3 flanges ?

2.3 Number of pipes (example shows six)?

2.4 Steel ball or non return valve?

If you are not aware there is always an option to open and check the spare part Lubricator
on board if it is equipped with steel ball / spring or non-return valve.

2.5 Has the ALPHA lub system been upgraded for part load operation (ACC)?

3. Photocopy of the nameplate and copy of the drawing and part list of the

5. Pick up sensor for BCU: Maker, type, thread, photocopy of the nameplate /
alternatively copy of pick up sensor drawing, if available and number of
cables.
