REQUEST FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR BSA SYMPOSIUM FROM OUR ALUMNI
I hope this letter finds you well. As proud alumni of our esteemed Business Student Association, we are reaching
out to you with an exciting opportunity to support our upcoming event, the BSA Symposium.
The BSA Symposium is an integral part of our academic calendar, providing a platform for students and industry
professionals to come together and discuss pressing issues in our field. However, due to various circumstances,
including financial constraints, we have faced challenges in organizing this event in recent sessions.
This year, we are determined to revive the tradition of the BSA Symposium, and we need your support to make it
happen. Our theme for this year's symposium is "Scaling Challenge," reflecting the complex and evolving landscape
of our industry.
One of the critical aspects of organizing such an event is ensuring that all participants are adequately catered for.
Therefore, we are specifically reaching out to request your support in sponsoring food packs for the symposium.
Each sponsorship package is as follows:
• Sponsor 100 packs of food for ₦150,000
• Sponsor 200 packs of food for ₦300,000
We understand that every individual's capacity to support may vary, so we welcome contributions in any form,
including monetary donations or other kinds of sponsorship that you may be able to provide. Your generosity will
not only ensure the success of the symposium but also demonstrate the strength of our Business Students
Association alumni community.
Your sponsorship will be acknowledged prominently during the symposium, and you will have the satisfaction of
knowing that you played a vital role in supporting the next generation of Business Students Association
professionals.
