ELECTRICAL ISSUES

STREAM-A

1 Proper earthing is not provided in any motors and o.p. pannels , So its very necessary.
2 Cable routing, adderssing and dressing is not properly .
3 Automation work is whole pending yet, all electricals motors are running under manual.
4 In APFC , auto mode is not working .
5 The temperary arrangement of VFD near buffer tank for Extruction screw is in under observation. But
that should be install in proper location.
6 The temperary arrangement of VFD in MCC Panel room for Marut Drum is in under observation. But
that should be install in proper location also.
7 Ceiling fan is required in MCC panel, Not a moveble fan.
8 In RO- plant , earthing is not provided in all equipment and electricals pannels.
9 All blowers for matchuration in Bio compost shed , electrical connection found wrong then in future all motors can be
10 Nuematic exhaust fan is more riquired on top roof of the shed.

Screw conveyor pending work status-

1 In Fresh MSW buffer tank (12-SC-02B) ,motor not installed .
2 Fresh MSW to TSM (12-SC-03B) ,motor not installed .
3 Recycling to TSM (22-SC-05B) ,motor not installed .
4 Tween screw mixer (ES-03B ), cabling work pending.
5 ES-04B , motor connection work pending.
6 22-SC-04B , motor connection work pending.
7 23-SC-01B , motor connection work pending.
8 23-SC-02B , motor connection work pending.
9 Screw press, motor connection work pending.
10 In jamshed ji- connection pending
11 All Earthing work is pending of stream-B screw motors & panels.
12 L.A. installation work pending .
13 H.T. line work pending .
