REPORT FOR UJUUZI MASHINANI MECHANICS, DRIVING AND WELDING

THREE MONTH COURSE TRAINING FUNDED BY CDF BUURI EAST.
Terms of Reference
This is a report on 3 Month short courses training that started on February 2024.The department
was given the following four areas to train on;
1. Vehicle mechanics
2. Welding
3. Painting
4. Driving
The training was requested by the Buuri -East Ujuzi Mashinani in partnership with Kiirua T.T.I.
and Vocational Colleges within Buuri East. Three courses out of the four had trainees interested
in.

INTRODUCTION
The training started on February 2024 with trainees being sensitized on the following;
1. The rules and regulation of Kiirua T.T.I.
2. The importance and avenues of course progress chosen by the trainee
3. The need for Exam during the three-month training
The training followed the official Kiirua t.t.i. short course syllabus during the three-month
training as stipulated in the attached documents.

The Three-month training had trainee population as follows in;

CONCLUSION
All trainees who completed the courses have demonstrated to be competent in the courses trained
for the three months.

Recommendation
Penalization measures should be invented and applied to those trainees who drop out without any
even notice in order to curb such feature occurrence.
