Mechanism: The motor initial position photocoupler always detects that the photocoupler is blocked.

Use Background
When analyzer gives a false alarm – vacuum pressure abnormal(high), and we can’t remove it.
Alarm principle: The host queries the pressure in the negative pressure chamber. The current

Use Background
 When we need to check if the voltage of Reagent detecting board abnormal,
which may lead to the machine alarm ”Lyse running out or air bubbles in inlet tubing” .
 When we install the new Reagent Detecting Board and double check the voltage.

Measurement Method
1. Drain the lyse inside the tube or insert an empty tube inside the lot, which
should be the same type.
2. Measure the voltage of the certain lyse according to the test point mentioned
above by multimeter like below.

Place one pen on the test point and the other on the screw or metal cover. Then check if the
voltage meet the requirement.
3. If the voltage doesn’t meet the requirement, remove the glue on the adjust
point if there is, then adjust it by adjusting the corresponding adjust point introduced
above.

Normally, the indicator would be always green if it’s filled with lyse. If the tube is filled with
bubbles, the indicator would be flash. If the tube is empty, the indicator would be off.

0x64017040-Diluent running out

Use Background
When analyzer gives a false alarm - Diluent running out, but container have enough.
Mechanism: Diluent float switch detects no reagent.

Declaration
16/7/2020, V1.0, For reference only.

Reference Standard

1.Shake the diluent box.


(Prevent bad sensor contact)

2.Take out the diluent cap assembly then move the


sensor at the bottom more times.

3.Reconnect the diluent cap assembly connector.

4.Change the diluent cap assembly.

5.If you don’t have the diluent assembly, you can use a
clip just for emergency! Don't forget to replace a new
one otherwise it will cause a really bad problem.

Additional information

First of all, this part broken won’t generate alarm due to


the mechanism of diluent sensor, but sometimes the
tube from diluent to valve has lots of bubbles because
this part broken and it will effect our result eventually, a
but after changing valve、syringe、even tubes still can’t
fix this problem, if you meet this problem, please better
consider this part. b

D. Lift the plate and remove the two screws beneath the plate to
release the auto loading feeding assembly.

E. Please remove the 2 screws for fixing the belt.

F. Take out the auto-loading feeding assembly and remove 2 screws


to take out the 2 counter triggers.

G. Check if the following screws on counter trigger get rusty or


dirty. If it is, please clean it or replace a new one

H. Check if the following screw is extended too long. If it is, please


loosen the screw to make the extended part backward.

I.Install back the plate and screws. Be careful about the trigger
position.

J. For a correct assembly of the rack fixing plate, please use a rack
as the picture shows and then adjust the screws.

K. Finally, you can check if the problem was solved using the Auto
Venous Whole Blood mode with 4 empty racks.

Connect Analyzer to the Data Management Software(Dymind LIS)

If you don’t have DMS, Pls download it from our FTP server with GENERAL ACCOUNT in DMS folder.

2) This DMS Software can only used for transferring date from analyzer to PC or Laptop, it can’t do the
bidirectional LIS function, please seek the guideline of engineer in third-part LIS field if you want to
implement this function.
3) If you need LIS protocol, please download from the link above in LIS folder.

Reference Standard
1.Connect the Analyzer to PC through LAN Port.

2.Find the network setting of our analyzer in ethernet and close all firewall and anti-virus software!

3.Set the IP address of the PC as below. The IP address of the PC is set to 10.0.0.102 from Internet
Protocol Version 4

4.Go to Setup menu of the analyzer to do Host Communication and LIS Communication setting.

5.Open the DMS software and set the 5600 in LIS communication and LIS Server.

6.Run cmd to check the connection between the analyzer and the PC.

a)Press combination key [Windows+R] to open the Run window, and input cmd

B) b) Input ping 10.0.0.101 command


As is shown below, analyzer software can be connected to the main unit normally

7.Check the LIS connection status icon.


If the connection is ok, the LIS connection status icon and Comm icon will become active.
