MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1.That the applicant is a law abiding

citizen and peace loving citizen of India.

2.That the applicant is presently residing

at the abovementioned address.

3.That the father of the applicant gave a

surety in one case bearing FIR No. 328/23

PS. Swaroop Nagar, U/s 323/341/506/34 IPC

on dated 21.05.2023. to JAI PRAKASH.

4.That the applicant has no knowledge about

any matter, but the police officials of

P.S. Swaroop Nagar, Delhi namely H.C.

JAGDISH and other threatening to the

applicant to implicate in false cases.

5.That the police officials P.S. Swaroop

Nagar, Delhi has regularly visited the

house of the applicant hence every

apprehension in the mind of the applicant

that he may be arrested in the false and

fabricated case.

6.That the applicant is also respectable

person of society, and if the police

officials shall be arrested the applicant

in the false and fabricated case, the

applicant shall be suffer irreparable loss

and injury.

7.That the applicant is ready to join the

investigation as and when required and

directed by this Hon’ble Court.

 8.That applicant is ready to furnish

relevant surety bond before the IO, SHO in

case the anticipatory bail is granted.

9.That the applicant undertakes to abide by

any terms and conditions imposed upon the

applicant by this Hon’ble court.

10. That local police is continuously

threatening the applicant/ accused and his

family to implicate them in other cases

also.

11. That there is no previous involvement of

the applicant in any previous case and the

police in connivance with the complainant

is trying to implicate the applicant in

false cases which may adversely effect the

future of the applicant.

PRAYER:-

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that

the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to be grant

anticipatory bail of the applicant/ accused and

may be direct the IO/SHO, PS. Swaroop Nagar, the

applicant be released on bail in the event of

arrest, in the interest of justice.

Any other/further order/s be also passed in

favour of the applicant which this Hon’ble court

may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of

the case.

GALI NO. 1, SWAROOP VIHAR KADIPUR, DELHI-110036,

do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.That the deponent is the applicant in the

accompanying application and is well

conversant with the facts and

circumstances of the case as such

competent to swear this affidavit.

2.That contents of the accompanying

application U/s 438 Cr.P.C for

Anticipatory Bail has been drafted by my

counsel, under my instruction and same has

been read over to me in my vernacular

language, same is true and correct. That

the contents of the application not being

repeated herein for the sake of brevity

and be read as part and parcel of this

affidavit.
