policy in relation to such matters and ensures the policy’s effective implementation within the
organization. In particular, [Company Name] establishes and implements appropriate systems to ensure
that no form of forced, bonded or compulsory labor, or slavery or human trafficking is employed or used
within our operations and supply chain.

All work is voluntary and workers are free to leave their employment upon giving a reasonable notice.
Workers are not required to lodge deposits, identity papers or work permits as a condition of
employment.

This commitment also extends to supplier, subsidiaries, affiliates or other associated entities.
