The following full additional charge arrangement is ordered with immediate effect.

Consequent on appointment of Sri Vivek Yadav, IAS (2008) as Chief Electoral Officer,
A.P., vide reference read above, Sri Vivek Yadav is relieved of the charge of Secretary to
Government (Youth Services and Sports), YAT & C Department and other charges in FACs .
Sri Vadarevu Vinay Chand, IAS (2008), Secretary to Government, (Tourism and Culture), YAT &
C Department is placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary to Government (Youth
Services and Sports), YAT & C Department, until further orders.
