Functional Requirement

Scope:
Scope of this document is to define the detail sign up process for third party.

Proposed Solution:

Automatic Registration Process

For automatic registration following steps will be followed

 New IIB webservice (VerifySubscriber) will be developed for third Party service caller which
will send customer IP to PTCL system which will returns customer PSTN, Billing account ID,
mobile, email, Integrationid and POT Number in case of Flash Fiber customer numbers.
Integration document for the new IIB service is attached. Below is the service link

 To Generate & Send the OTP a new IIB (GenSendOTP) service will be developed which will be
sent to customer registered mobile number & Email. Integration document for the new IIB
service is attached. Below is the service link

 To verify the OTP a new IIB (VerifyOTP) service will be developed which will be invoked once
customer verify the OTP from front application. Integration document for the new IIB service
is attached. Below is the service link

 OTP against a certain to be timed and validity of 120 seconds.

  If customer is verified Third Party caller will invoke Add VAS service to create new customer.

 If customer IP is not valid then following message will be returned “Not a PTCL whitelisted
IP”.
 To remove the VAS from any customer Third Party caller will invoke Remove VAS service URL

Manual Registration Process

 If customer IP is not valid third-Party service caller will send customer PSTN to PTCL system
which will return customer PSTN, Billing account ID, mobile, email, Integrationid and POT
Number in case of Flash Fiber customer numbers. Integration document for the new IIB
