Job Title: Software Tester

Location: Chennai, India(WFH)

Software Tester - Batch of 2023-2024

Zynofus Technologies Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Software Tester to join
our Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a Software Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality
and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes. You will work closely with
development teams to identify, report, and help resolve issues, contributing to the delivery of high-
quality software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand
software requirements and design comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality,
performance, and reliability.
Identify and report defects and issues using issue tracking tools, and work with development teams
to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in the design and implementation of test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency
and coverage.
Conduct manual testing as needed, especially for complex scenarios and exploratory testing.
Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and that no
new issues have arisen.
Participate in cross-functional discussions to provide feedback on product quality and potential
areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the QA team to continuously enhance testing processes, methodologies, and
tools.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality
assurance.
 Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of
testing goals and results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance roles is a plus.
Familiarity with various testing methodologies, such as manual testing, automated testing,
regression testing, and performance testing.
Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey testing results and collaborate
with team members.
The detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meticulously document and track test cases and
results.
Familiarity with programming languages and scripting is advantageous.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.
ISTQB or other relevant software testing certifications are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Package: Rs. 3.5 lakhs per annum

Working Conditions Details

Work hours The typical work hours for Software Engineers at Zynofus
Technologies Private Limited are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday
through Friday. However, there may be some flexibility in the hours,
depending on the project.

Work environment The work environment at Zynofus Technologies Private Limited is

completely work-from-home. Students are encouraged to work
together to solve problems and share ideas, but they can do so from
the comfort of their own homes. The company provides all of the
necessary equipment and software for remote work, and there are
regular online meetings and calls to keep everyone connected.
