Observations:

The addition of another taxicab has successfully reduced

congestion in the multi-server system compared to the
single-server system.

Due to this reduced congestion, the delays experienced in

the multi-server system are negligible compared to the
single-server system.

Therefore, calculating the average delay for the single-

server system might not be necessary or meaningful since
the delays are higher.
