Step 1: Login to MyUCW

Step 2: Click on My Records

Step 3: Click on Financial Statements

Step 4: Select the desired term from the drop-down menu to see the
summary for the selected term

How To Download your Financial Statement

Step 5: Click on Download Statement to download your financial

statement which shows all financial activity on your account.

You may also choose to download the receipts for individual payment you have
made by clicking on the ‘view transaction history’ button on the page.

Select the individudal payment and click on the

‘Receipt’ button next to it to downlaod the receipt.
