DESIGN METHEDOLOGY :

REVIEW 1:

i) case studies ( live and literature) will be completed

ii) special study will be done
iii) core system will be studied
iv) all related data will be collected
v) all the standards and regulations will be covered

REVIEW 2:
i) site analysis and conceptual development of design
ii) site level zonings
iii) service and core formation
iv) develop concepts into single lined floor plans, basement plans
v) modular design for housing units and office spaced with open plan will be
designed simultaneously forming the retails( podium) areas
vi) biophilic and sustainable aproach towards planning
REVIEW 3:
i) site level details with traffic control management
ii) podium level retail incubitors will be detaily finished
iii) detailed floor plans of each intricate spaces like recrreation areas, housing units
will be developed
iv)designing colabrative office space with in the open floor plan
REVIEW 4:
i) any aproach towards aesthetics and energy savings will be made for better-
ment of the design
ii) additional spaces required for the functionality ( service related) will be de-
signed
iii) detailed floor plans of each intricate spaces like treatment rooms, open space
etc,.
iv) thesis report submission

LIMITATIONS :
The lack of any modular apartments for live casestudy
this thesis only look for affordable housings
the housing design will only focus on maximum of two people as user

The special focus will be on core system and modular housing units
incubator office spaces will be studied
