2/ Everyday - Ask ss to look at the pictures and answer questions:

Practice
Listen, read and say:
- T plays the recording for ss to follow the dialogue
- T plays the recording again and pauses after each sentence for ss to repeat
- Ss practice the dialogue in group of 3
- T calls groups to act out in front of the class
- T explains that ss will listen and complete the sentences with words in the box.
There are 2 words that they don’t need to use
3/ Listening - T plays the 1st part of the recording for ss to listen and look at the example
(10’) - T plays the whole recording for ss to listen and write their answers
- T asks ss to read the full sentences and 2 words that they don’t use

Lead in:
4/ Speaking - Ss play the game Simon says: Point to your Arm, leg, foot, … (body parts)

Practice
- T explains that ss have to work in pairs to create their dialogues using given words
in the word pool
- T calls 2 ss to read the speech bubbles
- Ss work in pairs while T goes around to monitor
- Calls pairs to act out their dialogues

Breaktime (5’)
Act out the story:
5/ Project (40’) - T asks ss to tel what they can remember about the story in Ex1
- T plays the video
- Ss work in groups of 3 to practice acting out the story. T encourages ss to change

Make a room cube:
- Ss look at pictures in Ex2 and tell what they can see
- T asks “What do you need to make a room cube?” to elicit colored pens, scissors,
glue
- T prepares copies of the room cube template
- T gives ss instructions to make a room cube
- T goes around the class to monitor and ask questions:
 What room is this?
 What’s in the bedroom/kitchen …?
 What color is the bed/sofa …?
 What happened in this room?
Ask and answer with your friend:
- T explains that ss have to use their room cubes to act out dialogues in pairs
- Calls 2 ss to read aloud the speech bubbles
- In pairs, ss practice the dialogues by taking turns to roll the cube and talk about
the accident that happened in the room they get
- Ss swap pairs to practice with new partners
- T invites pairs to say for the class
Tell class what happened with your friend:
- T explains that ss are going to talk about the accident happened with their partner
- T calls one student to read the questions and the speech bubble for the class
- T invites individuals to say
