51 Supply labour and materials to repair cracks on brickwall by No. 7.20


strengthening with stainless steel wall tie rod comprising the following
(Fill and patch cracks to be measured separetely).

(i) Drill a 12mmm diameter hole through brick into reinforced


concrete substrate (inner leaf). The minimum depth of the hole in
the concrete substrate should be 50mm. The horizontal and
vertical spacings of the holes are 600mm centre to centre and
400mm centre to centre respectively. Clean the hole thoroughly
by blowing out dust with a hand pump.
(ii) Insert a 12mm diameter galvanised mesh sleeve through the brick
to the end of the hole in the concrete.

(iii) Inject approved epoxy rezin “Hilti’s HY 150 hybrid” adhesive or


other approved resin to the pre-drilled hole in the concrete and
brick till it flows out of the hole.

(iv) Insert a 8mm diameter approved stainless steel tie rod to the end
of the hole in the concrete.
(v) Allow the epoxy resin to cure
(vi) Patch hole on the brick surface with colour cement to match the
surrounding.

REPAIR TO WATER SEEPAGE BIN CHUTE

52 Purchase and submission of drawings and roof plans by Professional Per Block $400.00
