Major Perils, subsidence, Fire, Explosion, and maintenance.

Choice of law & jurisdiction: JURISDICTION CLAUSE
It is hereby understood and agreed that the following Conditions and/or
General Conditions: Jurisdiction, Interpretation, Forum Selection, Service of
Process, Conduct of Legal Action, and/or any other Condition or General
Condition which may be applicable are hereby modified to incorporate Local
Jurisdiction of Oman on the following basis:
This Insurance shall be governed by the law of Oman in which the Insured is
located whose Courts shall have jurisdiction in any dispute arising hereunder.
Premium: RO. 10,045.206 + Government tax @ 1.6% + Policy Fee – RO. 2.‐ + VAT @ 5%.
