Operational procedure in booting the computer system

1. Examine the setup of the computer. Make sure there is no split


liquid around and that the area is dry.
2. Verify the keyboard and computer’s ability.
3. Dust off the computer and get rid of everything that will restrict
its use.
4. Check the wires and power outlets. Verify the connections.
5. Connect the power wire to a wall socket.
6. AVR/UPS should be turned on before the computer.
Operational procedure in shutting down the computer system

1. Close all running programs.


2. When not in use, properly shut down the computer.

3. After turning off the PC, turn off the AVR/UPS.


4. After usage, put the keyboard and mouse back where they
belong.
5. Unplug the power cord in wall outlet.
6. Cover the desktop PC to keep it safe.
