The different extracurricular activities what I been do are my active participation in my choral

singing group “JUM” (Jóvenes Unidos por Maria), starting at 2022, I was participate in this
group for 2 years. And until today, I have been going to the practices every Saturday. This
activity means a lot for me, because create in myself a strong connection with God, and
motivates me to express my art. When I sing, I reflect my emotions and my feelings, it makes
me feel unique and special, as well, let me participate in the masses, accompanying to the
people to get closer with Jesus.

In the same way, I participate in the School Band (COAR Band), where I play the tuba. I started
to play since the last year, this is a new experience to me. In the band, I learning the musical
notes in my instrument and I go every two days to the essays. Until now, I been learning one
song, “Marcha de Banderas” that I have recently completed. This activity is very appreciated
for the reason that it was a big challenge to me. Learn to play an instrument from scratch is
and continues to be an adventure to me, it makes me feel proud and surpass myself day by
day-

What would you like your host family to know about you and your culture?”

Well, for this question, I would like them to know about my free time and the things that make
me happy, also, my objectives and everything I want to do in the program. Likewise, about my
culture, I would like them to know the customs, the traditions and the rich diversity of my
region and my country.

And what would you like to know about your host family and their culture?

In this question, I’m interested in learning about you, on their lifestyle, their traditions, values,
customs, the language with which they communicate and the knowledge you can give me on
the Program.

Youth Ambassadors Program. How does what you know about the
Youth Ambassadors Program help you with what you want for a type
of community, future, or learning?
 “Educating and empowering tomorrow's leaders to change our world”
In the Program of Youth Ambassadors the collective participation is
sought, the learning based in the experience, the leadership of the
participants in the activities, the civic attitude with the community
and an active participation in the projects.

The experience and the awards of this program reflect the

engagement and the change they want to do in the society, seeking
the exchange among the communities of different languages, making
a deep connection with them and their cultures.

All this knowledge is useful to know the objectives they seek and
make a significate difference in the world. Also, the defined goals
they have are a clear example of their organization and expectations
for the quality and integrity of their participants.

In the same way, this emphasis in the leadership skills and

, its emphasis on leadership development, cultural exchange, and community

service aligns perfectly with my aspirations for personal growth and contribution
to society. By engaging in cross-cultural dialogue and collaborative projects, I
aim to broaden my perspective, foster empathy, and enhance my ability to
address complex global challenges.

Moreover, the mentorship and guidance provided by experienced leaders within

the program will undoubtedly inspire me to push boundaries, challenge
conventions, and strive for excellence in all my endeavors. I am eager to
leverage this platform to not only enhance my leadership skills but also to
inspire positive change within my community and beyond.
