ANDHRA PRADESH GUARANTEED PENSION SYSTEM (APGPS) ACT, 2023

COMI NG INTO FORCE OF THE ACT-NOTIFICATION UNDER
SUB-SECTION (3) OF SECTION 1 OF CHAPTER-I OF THE ACT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of
Chapter-I of the Andhra Pradesh Guaranteed Pension System (APGPS)
Act, 2023 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.31 of 2023), the Government of
Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints,the 20 th October, 2023 as the date
on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
