Narrative Report on Volcano

Volcanoes are one of the biggest natural land formations to be ever created other than tall

mountains. They produce lava, hot rocks, and ashes. This time, we got the chance to make a volcano and

it only took us two days to make it. We were assigned to create our own volcano, which means we get to

choose any type of volcano. Our group decided to make a stratovolcano, since it is easy to make. We use

different materials in making the model except for clay. What we did in our model is a paper mache type

of volcano, so it is expected for the model to be less hard than clay.

Performing a diy volcano experiment was both exciting and educational. You'll get to see a

chemical reaction as the mixture of baking soda and vinegar creates a fizzy eruption, recreating the

eruption of a volcano. While we were in the process of building the volcano, We were confident that

It would go well, but the problem is we were not sure about how the explosion would work with

different mixtures. It made us nervous, but in the end, We might not have achieved our expected

results. It works, but it didn't meet our expectations; it was foamy and not that explosive. That's why we

were kind of sad, but the experiment was very fun to do.
