For this project you will need to work in a group and present your work to the class. Each group
should find data (on housing, finance, health, etc., or a topic of your choice) and then use
statistical software (e.g. Excel, R, Python) to analyze the data using inferential statistics to obtain
useful information.

More specifically, you will need to perform a regression analysis and apply at least 3 of the
following 4 statistical methods to your data:

1. Test a hypothesis and create a confidence interval for the mean of a population.

2. Test a hypothesis and create a confidence interval for the proportion of a population.

3. Test a hypothesis and create a confidence interval for the difference between the means of two
populations.

4. Test a hypothesis and create a confidence interval for the difference between the proportions of
two populations.
