SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

This Special Power of Attorney is executed on this _____ day of MAY
2023 at New Delhi by Smt. Poonam, Proprietor of M/s Poonam
Enterprises having office at 196 A IInd F, Savitri Nagar, Nr Malviya Nagar,
New Delhi, 110017 , hereinafter called the FIRST PARTY in favor of Nitin
Kumar, s/o Sh. Laxman Singh residing at 196 A IInd F, Savitri Nagar, Nr
Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, 110017hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY.

WHEREAS the said First Party is a Proprietor of M/s Poonam

Enterprises having office at 196 A IInd F, Savitri Nagar, Nr Malviya Nagar,
New Delhi, 110017 OF THE SECOND PARTY and WHEREAS THE FIRST
PARTY IS an running a business of trading of Departmental / stationary
and as such, THE FIRST PARTY will NOT be able to attend day to day
hearing before the Hon’ble courts/ other Legal Forums of Delhi or any
other Court in India.

NOW by this Special Power of Attorney, the aforesaid First Party

namely, Smt. Poonam, Proprietor of M/s Poonam Enterprises do hereby
nominate, appoint and constitute the Second Party namely Nitin Kumar,
s/o Sh. Laxman Singh residing at 196 A IInd F, Savitri Nagar, Nr Malviya
Nagar, New Delhi, 110017 as her true and lawful attorney to do inter-alia
the following act, deeds and things on behalf of the First Party for
defending the aforesaid suit.

(i) To represent the First Party in the proceedings in any court cases,
including, revisions, appeal & any other suits filed against or filed by
the First Party in the district and High Court of Delhi or any other
legal forum of competence relating to any dispute.
(ii) To ATTEND THE DAY TO DAY HEARING BEFORE THE VARIOUS
DISTRICT & HIGH COURTs and any other competent AUTHORITIES.
ON BEHALF OF THE FISRT PARTY.
(iii) To represent the First Party in the proceedings before any
competent authority/ court and second party is competent to sign
and verify all applications and/or other pleadings/ settlement,
affidavits on behalf of the first party.
(iv) To appear for and prosecute and defend all actions and proceedings,
to sign and verify all applications and/or other pleadings, affidavits,
file/ defend appeal (s) arising out of any matter/legal cases as
mentioned above and for that purpose to engage and appoint any
advocate to act and plead and otherwise conduct the case/appeal
etc. whenever the said attorney thinks proper to do so.
(v) To do all other lawful acts and things in connection with the
aforesaid cases/application and/or appeal/revision /Civil Misc. (M)
that may arise out of any matter as effectually as the First Party
could do the same as if the First Party was personally present; and

 all and whatever the said attorney shall lawfully do, the First Party
do hereby agree to rectify and confirm.
(vi) To withdraw or compromise the said case or submit to the
arbitration in any manner to engage any Advocate and to lead
evidence.
(vii) To deposit, withdraw and receive money in cash or by way of
cheque and grant receipts, which maybe necessary to be done for
the progress of the case during the pendency.
(viii) To produce the witnesses to sign the applications and other
documents.
(ix) To do such other acts, which are necessary for the progress of the
said case, but are not covered by the foregoing clauses of this SPA
