Day 00 (15th - May - 2024):- DELHI – SHIMLA (370 KM/12 -14 hours):-

Arrival at Delhi Volvo point, Transfer to Shimla by Volvo coach pick-up from Majnu
ka Tilla, R.K Ashram at 09:00 p.m and reach Shimla at 8:00 to 9:00
a.m. approx distance 370 k.m.

Day 01 (16th - May- 2024):- PICK UP – SHIMLA LOCAL:-

Today morning the Volvo will drop you at Volvo bus stand and then our representative
will Pick you and drop at hotel, check in to Hotel.
(Check in & check out at 12:00 noon Early check in Depends on hotel
availability)
Afternoon half day sightseeing of Shimla sightseeing like: - Mall Road, Ridge, Lakkar
Market, Scandle Point, Christ Church, Kali Bari Temple etc. Actually these all
destinations are nearby so you can visit easily in short time. After complete that back
to hotel, Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02 (17th -May- 2024):- SHIMLA TO KUFRI:-

Today morning after breakfast car will pick you from hotel. And full day excursion to
kufri for full day fun. India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is
beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter, via green valley. The small hill town
of Kurfi is an ideal holiday retreat where one can enjoy yalk and horse riding and you
will see horror house, mini zoo, and fun world campus. After complete that back to

Day 03 (18th - May- 2024):- SHIMLA - MANALI 270 KM (9-10 hours) :-

Today morning after breakfast, check-out from hotel and travel to Shimla (270 km. and
9 hours journey). On the way you can see Sundernagar lake, Pandoh Dam & visit
for River rafting in kullu. Upon arriving Manali hotel, Check into hotel, Dinner &
overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04 (19th -May- 2024):- MANALI -SOLANG VALLEY & ATUL TUNNAL SISU
VALLEY {ROHTANG PASS IS NOT INCLUDED}:-

Today morning after breakfast, visit Solang Nala (Valley) drives its name from
combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nullah (water stream). It is a side
valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the
resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and
winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are parachuting,
paragliding, skating and Zorbing. Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel in Manali.
Atul tunnel is a marvel of engineering and is an attraction in itself. It connects Manali
to Lahaul-Spiti valley and reduces travel time significantly. Enjoy the scenic views
around. After Atal Tunnel, you will reach Sissu. Sissu is located on the banks of the
Chandra River, and you can take a walk along the river and enjoy the beautiful
scenery around.

TEMPLE" Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for
its exquisitely carved doorway . "CLUB HOUSE" The Club House with its
comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards
rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day." Tibetan
Monastery, Van Vihar, and "VASHIST" Well known for its hot springs. There are old
temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama.

Himalayan Valley Tour And Travels Booking Policy:-

• Your hotel has laid down some rules, and it's our job to let you know what they
are.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
• Check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in or late check-
out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
• Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges,
meals that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry
and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're
checking out.
• ID-It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of
check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried
by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs
accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest
will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID
card.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to
guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at
check-in. HVT & Travels will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the
hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
• Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas,
New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal
surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel. Taxes are paid by HVT
&Travels to its vendors. Service fees are retained by HVT & Travels for servicing
the travel reservation.
• If you don't show up at the hotel, the entire booking amount will be deducted as
no-show charges.
CHILD POLICY:-
• Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed.
(Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment
in hotel.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
• For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and
need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date.
• 3000/- are minimum amount we charge up to INR 1000 to 35000/-(Tour Cost)
• 10% Amount more than 35000/-

• Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if
possible (subject to availability)
• Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 12:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00
noon.(Early check in is subject to availability)
• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to
ensure smooth execution of tours.
• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad
weather & are not liable for it.
• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities
available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed
destination.

Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are
categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
• 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel
voucher.
• 30% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date.
• 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date.
• 100% cancellations before 07 days of the travels date.
Token amount not refundable
• Advance amount is non-refundable, if the customer cancels his/her booking
because of reasons like: Illness, personal problems death, accident or No Shows.
• Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written.
•The company has complete authority to change the package costing due to hike
in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been
provided
NOTE:-
• Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
• If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be
applicable for upper
category rooms.
• All rates are Nett & non commissionable to you.
• Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
• Cancellation & other policies as per the hotel/company rule.
• No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or
land slide or any destination and which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
• Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer directly.

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals,
transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad
weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
