Meetings
4.1
The meeting of the Trustees shall be held [once In every

National Director shall oversee the entire general
administration of the centre.

Secretary: The Secretary shall keep the minutes of
meetings of Youth Development Centre, conduct
correspondence,issue notices of all meetings and be the
custodian of the records of Heritage Youth Development
Centre. He shall make available copies of the Constitution

and Bye Laws for inspection by members of

6.3 Accountant The Accountant shall be authorized to
collect any money payable to Heritage Youth
