31 Supply and lay approved horizontal damp proof course complied with m2 9.95
BS 6398 Type B (felt fibre base) to brick/block walls bedded in
masonry cement and sand mortar (1:3).

32 13mm deep polyurethane sealant joint (horizontal or vertical) with m 4.10

10mm diameter backer rod to gap between brickwall and
beam/column.
