Good morning for all

I`m Rodrigo, and I`m here to talk about the mineiro cheese.

This famous food of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, it is well known for being one of the
healthiest cheeses and it is recommended by nutritionists for containing the lowest fat content
compared to other cheeses

It received the title of Brazilian intangible cultural heritage

The main characteristics of the mineiro cheese is

Need to eat it fresh

Has a soft consistency

Very high humidity

Classificated like semi fat

Flavours with a lot of variations

It originated by the finish of the Portuguese families in Brazil in the 17 centuries. They were the
ones who brought to the country a traditional technique of making curdle cheese using fresh
milk.

For prepared this cheese, the milking happens on the same day that the milk is taken to start
the line of production
