Students are to note that:
1. All students must present their university Original Course Form (coloured) and ID Card (valid and current)
as a means of identification.
2. All students must be duly checked in to examination halls.
3. All students are to sign in within 30 minutes of commencement of the examination and they should not leave
the hall any moment from 30 minutes to the end of the examination. Before any student is allowed to sign
out, he/she must be made to submit his/her booklet, and this should be done one after the other.
4. Students will not be allowed into the examination hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the
examination. This means lateness WILL NOT be countenanced for any reason.
5. For CBT courses, students are advised to arrive the venue at least one hour before the scheduled time.
6. All University rules with respect to examination malpractices will be strongly upheld. Students are warned
to be of good conduct throughout the examination. In case of any allegation of malpractice, students are
advised to not compound their issues by making scenes.
7. In case a booklet is not duly numbered, such student should raise alarm before writing anything on the booklet,
as all used booklets must be numbered.
8. No replacement of booklets within the examination hall for any reason. However, extra sheets, where needed,
will be duly provided.
9. Students are advised to avoid distractions during examination as such action may amount to examination
malpractices.
10. The University’s Dress Codes will be enforced.
11. The Sub-Dean must ensure that the names of halls are written on the attendance sheets. Always double check
the timetable to be sure of the right hall.
12. Students are to note that bags, digital wristwatches, wallets, phones, and all banned items from examination
halls WILL NOT BE ALLOWED WITHIN THE VICINITY OF EXAMINATION HALLS.
