Anchorman: Dear listeners, as
countries of the world become more
developed they depend on
sophisticated technology, especially
when computers play an increasingly
important role in the infrastructure,
foundation and setting up of these
countries.
In the last era, especially the last 30
years, the existence of a typewriter, a
press or a printing process by anyone
who lived in the Middle East or Third
World, especially in countries that were
under the rule of dictatorship and where
neither democracy nor freedom existed,
might lead to the execution of such
persons or, if they were lucky, they
might have been imprisoned for many
years.
But in the current era, the existence of
the Internet, which is a very deep sea
of information and is also called a
global village, has opened up a wide
gateway for people to express their
opinions, and publish or broadcast
information from people, political
parties, organizations and countries,
including the leftists, party members
and revolutionists, as well as rightists,
extremists and terrorists.
Today the Internet is used as a lethal
weapon for disseminating ideas and
propagandas freely, without any fear or
threat from anyone. In spite of the
significance of the internet in our daily
life, and due to the complexity of
