 Responsible of all field related activities regarding BTS, MW and Power (Nokia, ZTE RAN, NEC MW, Solar
System, Rectifier, Remote Monitoring Systems & Battery Banks

 Responsible for Telenor network fault management, configuration management, performance
management and troubleshooting
 Driving OPEX and CAPEX savings initiatives and their implementation in region by ensuring minimum
impact on the network
 Identification, escalation and resolution of all service and quality affecting issues to ensure best quality
network
 Act as strong regional interface between commercial division, technology division and other stakeholders
 Monitoring and evaluation of all vendor and subcontractor teams, keeping close coordination with them to
achieve assigned regional targets
 Timely Work Order implementation for Network Modification and Expansion activities
 Handling and resolution of complaints and meetings with customers for resolution of network related
issues
 Responsible for contractual SLA delivery from Managed Services vendor
 Secure TCH Availability, DCR, MPD and CSSR targets as per monthly assigned CBOM targets
