Day 1 Arrival Into Paris

Welcome to Paris to start your exciting journey through Europe with us. Be charmed by its magnificent avenues, cozy cafe life and unparalleled art
scene. Check in to the Hotel. (Please note that Standard check in time is 1600 Hrs. for Groups) (If time permits otherwise, we shall only drop
bags). Drive to the Indian Restaurant for Dinner. Later we depart for City Orientation Tour of Paris. On this tour we depart on a magical and
magnificent drive to enjoy its beautiful Parisian buildings & Landmarks of the City. Pass by the magnificent landmarks of Paris such as Arc De
Triomphe, Concorde Square, the Invalides, the Alexander Bridge, the Opera House and Champs Elysees. The tour will end with
Illuminations at Eiffel Tower. Overnight in Paris
No lunch included on this day.

Tour manager may meet the group at the exit after baggage claim area or at the hotel if there are multiple arrivals. However, either
the tour manager or the local representative will be there at airport to transfer you comfortably to your hotel.
Passengers who are not arriving in pairs with similar timings to group, transfer will be arranged but one will have to check

Day 2 Paris
After breakfast, visit the Eiffel Tower – 3rd Level for a bird’s eye view of the beautiful city of Paris. Lunch at Restaurant. Later we visit the
Disneyland Paris. Your ticket entitles you either for Walt Disney Studios where you can discover the magical world of cinema and television at
Walt Disney Studios Park. Explore 4 cinemagical studio featuring lots of thrilling attractions and spectacular shows OR Disneyland Park which
explores 5 themed lands filled with Disney classic attractions, shows, exciting and adventurous rides and fairytales characters. Return to Paris. Packed
Dinner. Transfer back to Hotel and Overnight in Paris.
For Eiffel Tower 3rd Level entrance all passengers must queue up. This queue may last up to 2-3 hours.
Disney tickets enables 1 Day 1 Park (either park or studio) only.

Day 3 Paris – Brussels / Antwerp /Michillen (312 KMS – 5 HRS APPROX)

After Breakfast check out depart to enjoy the Seine River Cruise to explore beautiful Paris before we proceed for Brussels. Packed Lunch
Enroute. Arrive and we depart for the Orientation Tour of Brussels where you will visit the magnificent Grand Place and the very famous
Manneken Pis Statue. Evening Dinner at Restaurant. After Dinner, drive to the hotel. Check in and overnight.
Day 4 Day Trip To Amsterdam (One Way Journey 209 Kms – 3 Hrs Approx)
After breakfast, depart to Amsterdam. Arrive and enjoy the Canal Cruise of Amsterdam. The Canals of Amsterdam are UNESCO’s World Heritage
Site. On this one-hour cruise you shall pass by all the city’s highlights and therefore it is indeed the best way to experience the city. Lunch at
Restaurant. After Lunch, depart to visit Kuekenhof Gardens (Till 12th May) OR Madurodam (From 13th May Onwards). Kuekenhof Gardens
has a huge display of flora and fauna of tulip flowers whereas Madurodam is Holland’s important sight build on 1:25 scale. Later drive for Dinner at
Restaurant. Drive back to the Hotel. Overnight in Brussels.

After morning breakfast check out and drive to Cologne, Germany. Visit the famous Cologne Cathedral famous for its Gothic Architecture. Lunch
at Restaurant. After Lunch, drive to Germany, to board a romantic Cruise on Rhine River. While cruising down the Rhine you will be able to see
slopes covered with vineyards, unique churches and beautiful castles. The river Rhine is one of Europe's major navigable rivers. Later depart to
restaurant for Dinner. Overnight in Heppenheim/Mannheim.
Day 6 Mannheim/Heppenheim – Drubba – Titisee – Rhine Falls - Zurich/Central Switzerland (Total Journey –
350 Kms – 4.5 Hrs Approx)
After Breakfast check out and depart for Blackforest. Visit Lake Titisee- It is the heart of Black Forest surrounded by dark fir forest, fairytale woods
and flowering meadows. Enjoy free time on Lake Titisee. Later we visit the Very famous Drubba which is home to Cuckoo Clocks. Indian Lunch
at Restaurant. Later depart to Rhine Falls. Arrive and visit the magnificent Rhine Falls - One of the largest waterfalls in Europe which drops 23m
(75ft) here. Dinner and Overnight in Zurich/Central Switzerland Area.
Boat ride at rhine falls is optional.

Day 7 Zurich/Central Switzerland – Interlaken – Zurich/Central Switzerland (One Way Journey 118 Kms – 2
Hrs Approx)
After Breakfast we depart to visit Jungfrau. Arrive and proceed to station to board the newest cable car Eiger Express and the cog wheel train to
Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe, a world of eternal ice and snow, located at 3454 meters. Located on the top – Alpine sensation-A 360° cinema has been
built in the Sphinx Hall. A film carries visitors into the High-Alpine world surrounding the Jungfraujoch. Visit the Ice Palace and marvel at some of the
unique Ice Sculptures and the Sphinx Terrace to have amazing views of Jungfrau region. Indian Lunch on top. Return and brief free time in the city.
Return and Drive back to Zurich. Indian Dinner and Overnight in Central Switzerland Area.
Day 8 Zurich/Central Switzerland – Titlis – Lucerne – Zurich/Central Switzerland (Total Journey – 174 Kms –
2 Hrs Approx)
After breakfast, transfer to Titlis Cable Car Station for an exciting excursion to Mt. Titlis with Ice Flyer. Marvel at the world’s first revolving cable car
ride which will take you at the height of 3020 meters, will sure leave you spellbound. Take a ride on Ice Flyer (depending on weather conditions)
to Glacier Park where you can enjoy amazing snow activities on top. Don’t miss a walk on one of the highest suspension bridge in the world which is
10,000 feet above sea level. Enjoy Indian Lunch on top. Afterwards drive to Lucerne. Arrive and Depart for Orientation Tour of Lucerne. Visit the
Lion Monument and the Kappel Brucke Wooden Bridge. Enjoy some free time (if time permits). Drive back to Zurich. Dinner and Overnight in
Central Switzerland.

Day 9 Zurich/Central Switzerland – Innsbruck/Seefeld Area ( 300 Kms – 4 Hrs Approx)

After breakfast, check out and depart to Innsbruck. Lunch at Restaurant. After Lunch proceed to Swarovski Crystal World - Headquarters of
Swarovski Crystals. Free time for shopping. Later depart for Orientation Tour of Innsbruck. Visit the Golden Roof made up of over 2500 Gilded
tiles which shines like a gold over the city and Maria Theresien Strasse which is Main Street of Innsbruck. Dinner at Restaurant. Later transfer to
your hotel. Check in and overnight.
Day 10 Innsbruck – Venice – Padova (390 Kms – 5.5 Hrs Approx)

Today after breakfast check out and depart for Venice. Arrive in Venice, The City of Canals. Packed Lunch enroute. Arrive and Transfer to Venice
Island by Vaporetto. Arrive and walk to St. Mark’s Square for Guided Walking Tour of Venice. Our guide will walk you through the island to see the
main attractions such as St. Marks Basilica, The Doge's Palace, the Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs. After finishing the tour, we take
Vaporetto back to Pier. Later transfer to the Restaurant for Dinner. After dinner transfer to your hotel. Check in and overnight.

Day 11 Padova – Pisa – Florence/Prato/Arezzo (300 Kms – 4 Hrs Approx)

the Leaning Tower. Don't forget to capture a photo with this wonder of the world. Later drive to Florence. Arrive and Enjoy Guided Walking Tour of
Florence by visiting the Duomo, the Campanile, the Baptistery with its Gates to Paradise, Piazza Della Signoria - an Open Air Museum
of sculptures, Santa Croce where Michelangelo, Galileo and many famous Italian personalities are buried and the Famous Ponte

Day 12 Florence/Prato/Arezzo – Rome (217 Kms – 3 Hrs Approx)

After breakfast, check out and depart for Rome. Lunch at Restaurant. Visit the world’s smallest country, The Vatican City. Visit St. Peters
Basilica one of the largest basilica in the world. Marvel at Pieta, one of the greatest creations by Michelangelo. Later depart for Guided City Tour of
Rome covering main landmarks like Victor Emmanuel Monument, the Roman Forum (Outside), Circus Maximus and many more historic sites. Next
visit Colosseum (Outside), a vast amphitheater known for its Gladiator Fights. Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Rome.
Day 13 Depature From Rome

After breakfast check out and transfer to Rome International Airport to board your flight back home with wonderful memories of your tour.
No lunch and dinner included on this day.

All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. Breakfast will consist of bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. you will not get any Indian items at all in
breakfast. There is no live counter in European cities to serve Eggs varieties.
Some hotels do not have Air condition facilities in Europe due to weather conditions like Switzerland and Germany, Austria Etc.
Porter services are not available in Europe due to shortage of Man power. So we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four wheeler luggage bags.
Only 1 Big bag per person allowed in Bus. Passenger have to handle their luggage on their own.
Tap water is drinkable and absolutely safe in Europe. Hotels do not provide water bottles inside the rooms and Mini bars are chargeable in the rooms.
At some places toilets are chargeable in Europe. You need to pay 2 Euro individually in order to use toilets.
According to European Coach Driving Hours Law, LDC Bus can be utilized 12 hours in a day and requires specific breaks.

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to
change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking of your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before
your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour. We
have provided information to the best of our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

2. Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passports must be valid. Minimum Passport Validity requirement is different for different
nationalities. We request you to check with nearest country mission that you are traveling to. Eligibility for traveling must be check before booking)
3. Deposit Amount: EUR 750.00 per person to secure your seat in the Tour and if booking is within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment
required on that particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.
4. Dully Signed Terms and Conditions of Booking.
TOUR COST, TAXES & RATE OF EXCHANGE:

ROE will be determined on the day when you make the final payment.
All our Tours are priced in two parts Indian Rupees and Foreign Currency Amount (which is EURO / Great British Pound / Swiss Francs depending on Tour /
Destination you choose to visit). However the cost must be paid in India before your departure in Indian Rupees only. Foreign Exchange Amount will be
converted to Indian Rupees with the prevailing rate of exchange of respective currency on the day when you make final Payment towards forex part.
The initial deposits & initial payments will be towards the INR or Indian rupee payments. Later, as and when you pay towards foreign exchange
component, the rate of exchange is counted towards the forex rate prevailing on that day exchange rate.
Initial Deposit will be considered towards Indian Rupees part only.

All our Tours are priced in Local or Common Currency of the country you are traveling to (which is EURO / Great British Pound / Swiss Francs depending on
Tour / Destination you choose to visit). However the full tour cost must be paid before your departure in required currency as per quote).
The initial deposits & initial payments will be considered towards part payment of your tour. As and when you pay towards foreign exchange component,
the rate of exchange is counted towards the forex rate prevailing on that day exchange rate.

Costing of the current tour is based on current Airfare and Taxes as on October ‘2019. Any further increase in airfare OR taxes due to increase in the fuel
price, change in government Regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers that may be before or after booking
of tour.
All rates are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking from Airlines, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing, Coaches, Train Tickets (if any) etc.
PAYMENTS AND OPTIONS FOR PAYMENTS:

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash (Maximum upto INR 49000/- per
person with PAN Card Copy) and Credit Cards.
Copy of PAN Card is required if Payment is made by cash and is more than Rs.50,000/-
If you are paying by Credit Card 2.5% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.

REFUNDS:
There will be no refund on unutilized services or partly utilized services.
Due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, heavy traffic, rain etc. or you did not use services such as Meals, Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour,
Hotels, Cruises, Optional Tours it is clearly understood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.
Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30 days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to be refunded.
Refunds will be given in Indian Rupees and through Cheque or Bank Transfers only in your account even though payment is done by cash.
If refund is due in foreign currency the ROE will be considered on the day when the payment was made.
VISAS:
As an International Traveler one is obliged to obtain necessary visas for their required Travel.
As your tour operator we may give guidance to obtain for your visas but granting of the visas are solely at direction of respective consulate / embassy
only.
For the guidance we will charge and that amount may include Visa Fees, Costs Incurred in the Process.
Please note that for UK visas person has to go and submit their documents on their own. We can only help and assist with preparation of documents and
seeking the appointment for the submission.
The entire visa Fees and Charges are non-refundable and in case of non-availability or denial of the visas. You are liable to pay Visa Charges Stated by us
plus any cancellation charges (if falling in cancellation period). (Stated as above in Cancellation Policy).
All visa must be processed at least 75 Days prior to your departure date. We must get all visa documents as per requirement minimum 75 days prior to
your departure date to Process visas on time for your successful travel however giving documents on time does not guarantee visas or on time availability
of visas.
All the Visa Documents needs to be sent before 70 days (Or stipulated period) and incase of non-compliance of visa documents or late documentation
passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Charges.
Passengers confirming tour within 45 Days of travel date may face cancellation or date change of departure due to inadequate time for the visas. Heavy
charges may apply on the same. However Flamingo will not be held responsible in case of any delay, rejection or non-availability of visas from the
Consulate and passengers are liable to pay all the additional charges occur because of the same.
Granting Visas and Granting Visas on time is solely at the discretion of Embassy / Consulate. We act only as a facilitator for obtaining Visas. Consulate
may ask you or entire family to appear personally for Interview or Biometrics. Any cost incurred for this must be paid by the passengers only.
For any rejection or non-availability of the visas Passengers are liable to pay Cancellation Policy Stated above and Flamingo Transworld under any
circumstances will not be held responsible or liable for any cancellations.
If you are unable to travel on the Tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy / Consulate or Incorrect Visas or Delayed Visas you shall
have an option to travel on future date tour or change in your Individual Bookings. Amendment and Cancellation charges applicable and are to be borne
by the passengers only.
Consulates are not in Ahmedabad. Your travel cost and arrangements for travelling to Delhi/Bombay or any place due to personal calls Or submissions is
totally on your account only.

CANCELLATION AND / OR AMENDMENTS BY TRAVELER:

All cancellations / amendments must be received in Writing to us either by email or Fax and has to be followed by a phone call by a concerned traveler.
Once received we shall action the same in 24 to 48 Hours.
Any Amendments you make after booking the tour will be treated as new booking and will be Strictly Subject to availability and rates available at the time
of changes requested. If the same is made within cancelation period, cancellation charges will apply. Also it is must to put this requests in writing and get
confirmation is writing from our side. For any amendment the company reserves right to charge Rs.5000/- per transaction on and above any additional
cost / amendment charges / applicable cancellation.
If you wish to deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You will have to pay Rs.5000/- per deviation plus difference of
Airfare as per availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre - Tour deviations are not possible on Group Airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group
Departure Date than you are required to pay the difference of Individual Airfare and Group Fare.
Any request to Change the tour date will be treated as cancellation on the last tour and fresh booking on the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply as
stated above on the tour you are cancelling. New Tour may have different pricing even though may have a same itinerary and passengers are liable to pay
the new tour charges.
Please note that Flamingo Transworld will be not be liable to pay any Cancellation Charges / Compensation / Expenditure if you are unable to join the tour
due to any illness, court orders , non-availability of travel documents or visas, the same has to be borne by passengers only.
MINIMUM PARTICIPATION & TOUR CANCELLATION:

Operations of Group Tours to Europe are subject to Minimum Participation of 35 paying adult passengers.
Maximum how many passengers travel on the tour is Flamingo Transworld (P) Ltd’s decision and passengers will have no say on the same and there won’t
be any empty seats on the coach.
Tours specified in the brochure / itinerary is subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participants are below the minimum prescribed
or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or without assigning any reason the company reserves right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary or
cancel a tour without incurring the liability to pay any compensation.
Under such circumstances amount paid by you will be refunded forthwith after deducting the actual expenses incurred by us like visa, travel insurance
and the like but no compensation is payable. All refunds shall be given in Indian Rupees and through cheque or bank transfers only.
If company decides to operate the tour with participation below minimum stipulated or if the participants are required to travel as “individual traveller”
the company reserves right to collect additional amount in case any. Persons travelling as individual travellers such cases will not be provided certain
services including that of tour manager and the client may travel in the same itinerary with some amendments such as in coach, airport transfers, which
are fixed at times etc.
OVERSEAS TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Overseas Medical insurance is mandatory for Travel to European Countries.
Some of our Tour cost includes medical insurance up to the Age of 70 Year and for the duration of the Tour. Additional charges only apply for passengers
who are above the age of 70 Years with medical history and who are traveling for longer than of duration of the tour. In some cases all medical reports
may be required. Please check with our sales staff if the same is included in your tour cost or required to be purchased separately.
Insurance if any, included in the tour price may be the standard travel care insurance policy provided by a third party insurance service provider and the
scope of the cover may be limited in nature, the details of which shall be provided to you at the time of confirmation of your booking. You are advised to
discuss your insurance needs directly with insurance agent before proceeding on the tour and at your own cost procure any additional cover as may be
advised.
Please note, Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation, please read the terms and conditions of the insurance document carefully before finalising your
desired insurance cover. Insurance coverage may be age related. Kindly get the complete details from the insurer.
Please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator. You shall therefore check the accuracy
and correctness of the insurance policy and in case of any error or lapse report the same to the Insurer directly and get the same rectified by them, as the
Company would not be responsible for the same.
We request you to understand the coverage of your insurance in details before obtaining and departing on your tour. Any claim needs to be put up directly
by passengers with the insurer. Any approval or denial of the claims it’s solely at direction of the insurance company only and Flamingo will neither be
held responsible nor liable nor required to give any compensation in any matter for whatsoever reason.

Insurance of passengers not residing in India cannot be issued in India.
It is mandatory and highly recommended to get Overseas Travel Insurance in advance before travelling to any of the European countries.
HOTELS & ROOMING CONFIGURATION:

Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic
conditions.
You will find a list of Hotels which we usually use in the Itinerary section.
Please note that hotels chosen are usually not in the City Centre and in metro cities such as London, Paris, Rome, Munich etc. the hotels are mostly next to
the airports or any place which is not near to city centre.
In case of non-availability or necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances to change mentioned hotel Flamingo will reserve a similar category of
substitute hotel.
Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also we accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be
given.
Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Not All hotels in Europe Offers Free WIFI and if required it must be purchased directly from the reception.
Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships
etc., the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the
itineraries may have to be altered / amended.
FERRY CROSSINGS:
We travel on an Overnight ferry to Cross the English Channel which will be from Harwich to the Hook of Holland.
You have Breakfast on board the ferry which will be according to the Cruise Policy.
You will be provided with standard Inside Cabin where there will be a bunk bed.
In ferry it is a normal procedure that they do not give baggage receipt, when you give your baggage to them at the time of check in.
DISTANCES AND JOURNEYS:

As the European Tours are done by coach, touring long distance is really unavoidable especially travelling from city to city. One has to sit in a coach for good
amount of time and possibly many days will include long travel depending on the itinerary you choose. Though coaches are comfortable and Air conditioned,
one has to be mentally and physically prepared for it.
COACH AND COACH CAPTAIN:

It is strictly not allowed to eat, drink or smoke inside the Coach.
Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore
it is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
In some Coaches an emergency washroom is available. Keeping in mind hygiene standards it can be used only in case of severe emergency. We try to
make sufficient stops to ensure the comfort of our passengers.
For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30 seater, 49 seater and 55 seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and
we tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empty in the coach.
Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board.
SIGHTSEEING & TOURS:

Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the
same is not available we may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.
Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top
(3rd floor). In that case there will be no refund on the tickets.
Eiffel Tower illuminations are subject to weather conditions and Eiffel Tower policies.
We do not visit any monuments from inside in our City Tours unless Inside visit is specified in our inclusions.
We do visit Leaning Tower of Pisa but from outside only as the same is 8 storey building with 295 steps to climb and no lift. We do not take you inside.
As the coaches are forbidden in Historic Centre of Rome, Florence and Venice the tours will be done by foot and sufficient amount of walking is involved.
It is very common to have major events, cycle races or marathons or heavy traffic or due to any unforeseen circumstances some part of cities are not
accessible to general public. In a case like this we may have to do tour walking or amend the itinerary or we may not be able to do City Tour, Sightseeing
or Meal. We will try our best to take a way out but there will strictly not be any refund for the unutilized services.
BAGGAGE:
On the tour luggage allowance in the coach will be one handbag and one suitcase per person.
Portage in Any of Tours is not included. It will be passenger’s responsibility to carry their bags to and from the Coach and their room.
In case of any loss of baggage in airline, ferry, coach, hotels, or any place, Flamingo Transworld will not be held responsible.
TIPPING:
Tipping is compulsory in Europe.
Following are the tips each passengers are required to pay upon arrival or before departure in India.

FOOD AND WATER:

Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally a continental breakfast which usually will have Tea or Coffee, Juices, Cereals, Milk, Breads, Butter, Jam. No Indian
item or Jain item may be available.
Lunch & Dinner: All our Lunches and Dinners will be pure vegetarian meals. Your typical meal will consist of Two Main Veg Dishes, Naan or Roti, Dal,
Rice, Salad and Sweet or Ice Cream.
*At Mt. Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Cruise they have meals as per their policy.

Jain passengers: Please note, the Jain food which may be provided will be without onion, garlic & potatoes. Any further restriction from the above for
vegetables etc. cannot be accommodated. Also there will be restricted choice of vegetables, curries items for Jain passengers.
Some of Meals will be Packed Meals on the Tour for betterment of itinerary and convenience of our passengers.
Drinking water will not be provided during the tour because tap water is suitable for drinking.
Meals Doesn't Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
In Some European cities soup, starter or deserts served are limited.
Some of the meals in the tour can be pizzas and pastas to provide variety of cuisine.
Please note that lunch and dinners are in restaurants, which may be far from your hotels.
If you are sick or ill on tour, we will guide you to the medical facilities but the tour will continue towards and the tour manager also will continue further on
the tour. You will be on your own.
DISCONTINUATION OF TOUR:
In case due to loss of passport , theft, illness , death if you are not able to continue the tour the company is not liable to give any refund on unutilized
services.
Please note that in case of death of tourist(s) all the Arrangements of the transportation of the dead body including procuring death certificate, post –
mortem, repatriation of dead body and all personal expenses has to be taken care by deceased’s family or accompanying family or friends. Neither Tour
Manager nor the company will be held responsible for the same.
In case if you lost the passport, from Indian embassy in that country, you will have to get a new passport. And, with new passport you will have to straight
return back to India. We will not allow you to travel with the tour, after losing the passport.
Please note that in case if you have lost your passport the cost of getting new passport and change of arrangement to return back to India has to be borne
by passenger and there will be no refund for any unutilized services.

The Swiss Travel Pass lets you commute unlimited time on consecutive days by rail, bus, and boat Swiss Travel System network. The Pass is substantial
for 3, 4, 8, or 15 days. The Swiss Travel Pass also includes the Swiss Museum Pass, which allows you free entrance to 500 museums and exhibitions.
Q:What are the different modes of transportation provided to passengers on tour?
At the time of booking, passengers are given different options to choose their mode of transportation like: In Private Transfer you can
also choose to do sightseeing by private vehicle which will be available from one point to another. The private vehicle will be prebooked on a pre‐
decided route and timings decided in advance as well.
Vehicle at disposal means that a car will be with you throughout the travel trip for which timings and kilometers will be decided in advance. If you
use the car outside the travel package distance or time limit then it may not be possible or it will be charged additionally. Vehicle at disposal offers more
flexibility and control over the itinerary. Private van tours include a vehicle at disposal.
SIC (Seat in coach basis) SIC coach transfers depart only at fixed times and stop at different hotels enroute where other passengers may be
picked up or dropped off which means it is time consuming. You will be traveling with other passengers and passengers of different nationalities which
offers a good chance to interact with people from different parts of the world. Before joining the tour you need to exchange tour vouchers for your original
tickets from the concerned office. Many times the tour starting point is not from the hotel so then you need to reach the departure point from your
hotel at your own expense.

Meals which will be provided on tour will be mentioned in your tour itinerary. Usually meal menu contains of Indian vegetarian food, Jain food (
no onion, no garlic, no potato), local vegetarian food, if requested Indian non - vegetarian food and local non - vegetarian food. All Meal Requests must be
clearly specified at the time of booking.

What is Schengen Countries and How About Visas

Currently, the Schengen area consists of 26 European countries Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden, along with Iceland, Liechtenstein,
Norway and Switzerland.
Being part of the Schengen area without internal border controls means that you can visit these countries on a single valid schengen visa.
These countries do not carry out border checks at their internal borders (i.e. borders between two Schengen states); carry out harmonized controls, based
on clearly defined criteria, at their external borders (i.e. borders between a Schengen state and a non-Schengen state).
The EU states that are not, or not yet part of the Schengen area, are Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Romania and the United Kingdom .This means that a
flight from one of these states to a Schengen state is regarded as an external flight and is subject to border checks, and a separate visa of the respective
country other than Schengen visa.

Do I Have to go Personally to Apply For Visas?

Yes. You need to visit Visa Facilitation Service (VFS) Office for biometrics. VFS is present in all Major Cities like Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi , Hyderabad,
Kolkata, Chennai etc.
One needs a confirm prior appointment to visit the VFS office. You need to carry documents as per visa checklist, along with your original passports.
Please note European Schengen Visa, is granted on the basis of strong IT returns & good travel history.
From Which Country can I Apply for Visas?
The three following factors are determinative on where you should file your Schengen visa application:
The number of countries you will be visiting

The number of days you will be spending in each
The country where you will step in first, in case you visit more than one of the Schengen member states

If you are planning to visit only one country – then you needs to apply at the respective countries VFS representation of the Schengen country you will be
visiting, located in your country of residence.
If you are planning to visit more than one country – then where you need to apply depends on the number of days you will be spending in each of the

When spending an equal amount of days in each – then you need to apply at the diplomatic representation of the country where you will arrive first.

It is Very Important for you to Understand, the details of Europe Tours, Before You Book. Below Details, Please Go Through :
What to expect from your European Holiday!
1. Please note that Europe Tour is a coach tour and the Same is on the go. There are no free days. You will be traveling and exploring for Full Day. You will
move out of the hotel in the morning and come back after dinner only.
2. The Tour Involves traveling by bus every day. We travel from one country to another country by bus.For details how much traveling involve each day
please refer to our itinerary.
3. Hotels will be outside city centermost of them are in airport areas or in nearby cities. In case of big events or trade shows hotel may be very far.
4. Most of the Hotels are not built with air conditioning due to climatic conditions of Europe. In case of heatwave usually hotels ask to open window and
sleep. Many times
5. All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. It has bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. One will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast. There
is no live counter in European cities to serve Eggs varieties.
6. Tips are compulsory in Europe for coach captain and Guides. Hence you will have to pay 3 Euros per person per day on the tour upon arrival to your
Tour Leader.
7. Porter services are not available in Europe due to shortage of manpower therefore we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four-wheeler bags as
you will have to carry your bags to your room and bring the same back.
8. Due to operational reasons, we may have to change any meal to packed meals.
9. Arrival & Departure Transfers: If you are flying different airline than group, transfer will be provided if you are 2 and more passengers. Transfers are on
SIC basis and we will combine all arrivals coming within 1 Hr of your arrival so you might have to wait for some time at the airport.
10. Daily water bottles are not provided in Europe as Tap water is drinking water and very safe.
11. If you have an early arrival or late departure, please note that standard group check in time is 1600 Hrs and check out is 1000 Hrs. You will have to
check in or check out the room accordingly. Also, our tour starts with dinner on 1st day and ends with Breakfast on Last Day. We can provide extra
meals at a cost if required.
12. Coaches
European tours are coach Tours, and we travel every day by coach to one destination to other and one country to other. All Itinerary is on the go and
involves at least 2 – 6 Hours of Traveling daily depending on the Itinerary. To know more please refer to our itinerary which clearly mentions all the traveling
time.
Coach Captains are bound by European laws and restrictions about driving hours per day and per week. All itineraries are planned as per them. Therefore, it
is absolutely essential for passengers to follow the time very strictly and punctually.
For our tours we do have all sizes of coaches such as 30-seater, 49-seater and 55-seater. We choose coach as per number of participants in the tour and we
tend to use full capacity of our coach with no seat or hardly a seat or two empties in the coach.
Our coaches will not have any WIFI facilities on board.
13. Meals
Breakfast: Your breakfast is normally a continental breakfast which usually will have Tea or Coffee, Juices, Cereals, Milk, Breads, Butter, Jam. No Indian item
or Jain item may be available.
Lunch & Dinner: All our Lunches and Dinners will be pure vegetarian meals. Your typical meal will consist of Two Main Veg Dishes, Naan or Roti, Dal, Rice,
Salad and Sweet or Ice Cream.
*At Mt. Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Cruise they have meals as per their policy.
* If you are non vegetarian please request us at the time of booking.
Jain passengers: Please note, the Jain food which may be provided will be without onion, garlic & potatoes. Any further restriction from the above for
vegetables etc cannot be accommodated. Also there will be restricted choice of vegetables, curries items for jain passengers.
Some of Meals will be Packed Meals on the Tour for betterment of itinerary and convenience of our passengers.
Drinking water will not be provided during the tour because tap water is suitable for drinking.
Meals Doesn't Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
In Some European cities soup, starter or deserts served are limited.
Some of the meals in the tour can be pizzas and pastas to provide variety of cuisine.
Please note that lunch and dinners are in restaurants, which may be far from your hotels.
If you are sick or ill on tour, we will guide you to the medical facilities but the tour will continue towards and the tour manager also will continue further on
the tour. You will be on your own.
14. Hotels
Unlike Asian or other countries most of the hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small and not all hotels have air-conditioners or fan due to climatic
conditions.
You will find a list of Hotels which we usually use in the Itinerary section.
Please note that hotels chosen are usually not in the City Centre and in metro cities such as London, Paris, Rome, Munich etc. the hotels are mostly next to
the airports or any place which is not near to city centre.
In case of non-availability or necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances to change mentioned hotel Flamingo will reserve a similar category of substitute
hotel.
Most of the Hotels will accommodate up to 3 persons in room and for your comfort also we accept minimum of 3 persons in one room.
Most hotels have more Twin rooms. Double rooms are available upon request but not guaranteed. If the Double room is not available a Twin room will be
given.
Please note that size of the Double and Triple rooms are usually the same. In Triple room, third bed is typically a roll- away bed or an extra bed.
Please note that standard check in time is 1500 Hrs and Check out is 1100 Hrs in Europe. (It may vary from Hotel to Hotel)
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Not All hotels in Europe Offers Free WIFI and if required it must be purchased directly from the reception.
Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc.,
the hotels may be blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the
itineraries may have to be altered / amended.
15. Sightseeing & Tours
Please note that Eiffel Tower ticket time slots to go up needs to be pre – purchased and the same has very limited availability. If the same is not available we
may have to queue up and the queue may last up to 2 to 3 hrs.
Many times due to strong wind or overcrowding on the 3rd level they stop the sale of the tickets and / or do not allow going on the top (3rd floor). In that
case there will be no refund on the tickets.
Eiffel Tower illuminations are subject to weather conditions and Eiffel Tower policies.
We do not visit any monuments from inside in our City Tours unless Inside visit is specified in our inclusions.
We do visit Leaning Tower of Pisa but from outside only as the same is 8 storey building with 295 steps to climb and no lift. We do not take you inside.
As the coaches are forbidden in Historic Centre of Rome, Florence and Venice the tours will be done by foot and sufficient amount of walking is involved.
It is very common to have major events, cycle races or marathons or heavy traffic or due to any unforeseen circumstances some part of cities are not
accessible to general public. In a case like this we may have to do tour walking or amend the itinerary or we may not be able to do City Tour, Sightseeing or
Meal. We will try our best to take a way out but there will strictly not be any refund for the unutilized services.
16. Luggage
On Tour Luggage Allowance in the coach is one handbag and one suitcase per person, due to the limited space in the coach, even if you are allowed more
luggage in Flights, we request you to follow coach luggage allowance.
What documents are Required for Initial Booking :
1. Passports Copies: First and Last Page (All Passports Must Be Valid for Minimum of 6 months from the date of Return.)
2. PAN Card Copies of All Passengers.
3. Fully Vaccination Certificate with Booster Dose iftakenor If Booster is nottaken then please take the same and Give updated certificate. (Non-
Vaccinated or Partially Vaccinated Travellers are not allowed to Travel)
4. If Billing is to be done in Company Name Company GST Number& Certificate is required.
5. Deposit of INR 50000/- per person to confirm the seat on the tour.
6. Expired Passport & Booking:
If you book your Tour knowing your or one of your family members passport is expired or in renewal we will not confirm your seat in particular tour date.
If you want particular travel date only, in that case if passport do not come on time or appointments are not available to do the visas, cancellation will be
applicable. Flamingo Transworld cannot be held responsible for the same.
If you wish to avoid such cancellation please confirm the date once passport is received as per availability at the time.
1. Information that you should Provide While Booking!
1. Your Emergency contact details while you are on tour.

2. Meal request for the Airline and for the Tour (Choices are Veg or Jain Meals) (We understand Jain means No Onion No garlic & No Potato) (Please
mention in Booking Form If you are Allergic to any foods)(If you have any more specific food request you can mention the same to the sales staff and
in booking form. We will try to help with the same but DO NOT GUARANTEE availability of the same)
3. Billing Details (If you need to claim any GST or TCS or needs your Bills in your Company Account, GST No and Proper Billing details needs to be
submitted before booking is made. To make changes in Our Accounting System after Invoice is raised is not Possible)
4. For Overseas Medical Insurance do mention if you have any exiting Diseases.
5. Inform your Sales Staff In case if you have anyone who is travelling with you is not very mobile and may require long time to walk or need wheelchair.
In Europe we do have many many cities where one is require to walk long and city tour is by foot. So, check before booking that you are not booking
any wrong Tour for you or your family.
6. Any Visa Rejection in Past.
Understand Cancellation Policy!
It is very important to understand the cancellation Policy before booking. Especially understand cancellation in each scenario mentioned below.
1. In case if Visas are rejected
Cancellation Charge Incase Of Visa Rejection (Before 60 Days of Departure):
If UK Visas Rejected:
Visa Fees of UK Visas – Rs.13000/- per person
Service Charge – Rs.5000/- per person
Ticket Cancellation – Rs. 18000/- per person
If Schengen Visas Rejected:

Visa Fees Of Schengen: Rs. 9800/- Per Person (Around Rs.7800 Paid by passengers Direct and around Rs.1983 Paid By us)
Service Charges:Rs.5000/- per person
Ticket Cancellation – Rs. 18000/- per person
(Within 60 Days of Departure):
Cancellation will be charged as normal Tour Cancellation Policy as mentioned below.

2. In case if you cancel the tour Personal Reasons
60 Days or more prior to Departure: Rs. 50000/-

59 to 35 Days prior to Departure: 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure: 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure: 100% of the Tour Cost
*All our tickets are being group tickets are non-refundable within 30 days of departure.
3. If we cannot Operate the tour due to Circumstances Beyond our Control

What actual expenses such as Visa Fees & Ticket Cancellation or Credit Note as per Airline Policy will be deducted from your deposit and Credit Voucher will
be given for the remaining amount. Airline Credit Note if any will be transferred as well.
Payment Policy to Make the Payment!
1. TCS , is applicable on our Total Tour Cost, depending on your annual purchase of overseas transactions you will be either paying 5 % or 20 % TCS,
which can be claimed back. (Which is not part of Total Tour Cost and Charged additionally)
2. Rate of Exchange at the time of Payment.
3. ROE will be applicable on the day when you make final payment.
4. ROE will be determined as perinterbank rate on www.xe.com + Rs.1 on the day when you make payment.
5. We are ok if you wish to make early payment in case EUR exchange rate goes lower. You can keep checking the same on www.xe.com.
3. Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposit: INR 50000/- per person is required to confirm the seat.
2nd Payment 75 Days before departure:INR 80000/- (This payment will be considered towardIndian Rupees Cost)
3rd Payment 45 Days before departure: INR 50000/-
4th Payment 30 Days before departure: Remaining Full Payment
*1st and 2nd payment will be considered towards INR part payment only.
4. Please note that it is mandatory toadhere to above schedule no matter if your visas are received or not.
Airline
1. Please note that in one departure all passengers may be flying different airlines. Tour Manager may not be traveling with you on the flight.
2. We will issue your tickets irrespective of your visa documents have been submitted to not to our office. If you doubt your case please talk to your
sales staff before confirming the booking. Please note that as soon as tickets are issued one falls under ticket cancellation.
Visas
1. Appointment Server is down many times during the day so it may be possible that it may take little longer to take your date.
2. You will have to go for fingerprint at VFS for both the visas. Please make sure that there is no mehndi or anything else on your hand which can interfere
with taking biometrics.
3. If you are applying for 2 Visas you will have to update your bank statements again after 1st application is done.
4. Even if you have given documents early you are required to update you bank statement 3 days before submission date.
5. We include only visa fees in our Tour Cost. Any Extra services you take like SMS, Premium Lounge, Courier Charges etc is not covered by Flamingo.
6. Visa Dates are difficult to get now a days. Many times, when we wait to know passenger’s preference our dates are gone so to give choices for visa
date submission is not possible and you may not get a choice.
How Booking Process Will Follow!
1. Once you fully understand our Tour Product and what to Expect from Product. Please read all Terms and Conditions carefully along with above
document and sign Booking Form with all your details.
2. Once booking is completed, please pay Initial Deposit to confirm your seat on the tour. Once the formalities done you will be handed over 2 Documents
Visa Check List & Questionnaire to be filled for Visas.
3. Once the Initial deposit payment is made your bookings will be processed, and tickets will be issued.
4. Please make sure to submit all documents as per visa check list and filled questionnaire within 3 days of Booking. You may take up to 7 days if you are
booking your tour at least 100 days in advance.
5. Once all documents are absolutely complete then only, we will only be able to take visa date. Even if single document is pending visas cannot be
processed.
6. For UK Visa: You will be sent your visa form to check. Please check in thoroughly and give a go ahead only then our visa team will take the date for
submission of UK visas.
7. For Schengen Visas: If your visas are being applied from Swiss following amount needs to be paid directly in cash at the VFS
Adult: INR 7800 // Child (4 – 6 Years) INR 4800 // Child (Below 4 yrs) INR 840
This amount is included in your tour cost and will be reduced from Final Payment that you make.
1. Time Taken Once Documents Submitted with VFS
UK – 2 weeks to 12 weeks
Schengen – 15 to 25 Working Days
*These are tentative durations. Processing time may change depending on the rush with consulate.
Pre –Departure Presentation: This is the event which we usually organise between 1 month before departure to 1 week before departure. The date and
time will be conveyed to you by
our office. Please note IT IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE SAME as it is not possible to repeat the same afterwards.
10. Final Tour Documents: The same will be handed over to you 7 Days to 3 Days before your departure. (As per company policy we are not allowed to
dispatch any tour documents if Payment is not fully done). We will try to adhere to above timeline in all cases. In case of heavy rush or
unavoidable circumstances we may have alterations in the same.
11. You will be then directed to below persons for Further Process of your Tour Bookings, Visas & Payments.
