Detailed notification for filling up of Guest Faculty and Guest Laboratory Staff
positions
1. The RGUKT Basar inviting qualified and eligible candidates for walk-in interview
for filling up of Guest Faculty and Guest Laboratory Staff positions in the various
departments of this University on purely temporary basis. The interested and
eligible candidates may be attended the interview to the position of Guest Faculty
scheduled on 30-01-2024 (Tuesday), 10am and to the positions of Guest
Laboratory Staff on 31-01-2024 (Wednesday), 10am at RGUKT Basar along with
the documents as mentioned at Para number 4.

2. General Instructions to the candidates:

a. Tenure: These appointments are purely on a temporary basis for a period of
six (06) months or till the end of current semester of Academic Year: 2023-24,

 whichever is earlier. And these posts can be terminated at any time without
any prior intimation and do not carry any experience.
b. The candidate should possess the minimum qualification on or before the date
of advertisement.
c. Candidates are strongly advised to visit the university website regularly
www.rgukt.ac.in for any addendum, corrigendum and modification etc., will
be notified on the university website only.
d. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection,
the decision of the University shall be final.
e. The incumbent will have NO RIGHT to claim for any regularization or
extension/ renewal of engagement in any circumstances.
f. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing for the interview.
g. The selected candidates have to join the campus immediately and free
bachelor accommodation may be provided in Hostels on request basis on
availability.
h. Selected candidates have to be available on all working days of semester and
their salary will be calculated on the basis of biometric machine attendance.
i. Abide to work (teaching and any other work) assigned by the University.
3. Selection Procedure:
i) Guest Faculty – ‘Written test and interview’ or ‘written test/interview’.
ii) Guest Laboratory Staff – Written test, trade test and interview.
4. Schedule: Candidates are requested to submit the attached application form
along with photocopies of all certificates and you are also required to bring the all
original certificates (for verification only), papers & publications along with four
(04) copies of resume/CV.
