Pumpkin
Grows
The life cycle of a pumpkin
begins with a tiny seed.
Soon the little seed will open
and out comes a little sprout!
The little sprout grows into a
winding pumpkin vine.
Then a beautiful, yellow blossom
appears on the pumpkin vine!
A small, green pumpkin begins to
grow from the yellow flower.
The pumpkin isn’t green anymore
and it isn’t little anymore.
It is BIG and orange!
You can do all kinds of things
with a pumpkin.
The greatest thing that you can
do with a pumpkin is to grow it!
