Greetings from Red Hills Senior Secondary School!

Science and Mathematics is inexplicably linked with our lives and helps us to understand the world around us
in a more logical way and better way. KMV Red Hills Senior Secondary School has taken many initiatives to
generate curiosity and develop a scientific attitude amongst learners. Such initiatives are taken to stimulate the
attitude for innovation and inventiveness and at the same time encourage children to be creative and responsive
in use of science and technology

The organization of Science exhibition at school levels every year is one such initiative and this year we are
organizing this event as “Equinox”. The aim of the Equinox is to provide an opportunity for the students to
showcase their aesthetic ideas, passion and creative innovations as well as ignite the minds of the children in the
field of Science and Technology. You will also witness the presence of few Scientists and Aerospace Engineers
who will also be a source of guidance for our students. There will also be a display of projects done by the
ProjectX team which is a part of our club curriculum.

This event will be organized taking in consideration that the academic schedule and the study time of the
students will not be disturbed. Hence a separate period has been allotted during the school hours for the students
to work on their skills and ideas.

The exhibit/model may include-

*Posters/Experiments/Charts/ Collage on the topic assigned to them
* Stationary/ Working model to explain the concept, principle or a process.

Children are to submit their model/posters to their respective class teacher by 19 July 2024 (Friday)

The students will exhibit the abstract of their Science project ideas on Environmental Science/ Physical Science/
Life Science on 20 July 2024 (Saturday) in their respective classroom during the PTM.

Exhibition Date: 20 July 2024

Timings: 8:30am to 12:50pm

Parents are cordially invited to witness these exemplary skills of our students and to encourage and support
these future budding nation builders.
