Greetings from Red Hills Senior Secondary School!!!

World Environment Day is a global event observed around 143 countries on 5th June annually to spread awareness on
conservation of our Environment.

KMV Red Hills Senior Secondary School is observing World Environmental Day on 5th June, 2024 with zeal and
enthusiasm.

To proclaim the importance for defending our environment from the ill-effects of deforestation and global warming:

 We request parents to make a video on planting a sapling and send it to School number: 8971920115 on or before
08 June 2024.

 Kindly send a sapling of any herb tomorrow with your ward which would be planted & nurtured in the campus.

 After consuming a mango, cleanse and dry the seed till its fit for transport and plantation and send it in a cover on
or before 08 June 2024.

The seeds would be sent to Mission Green Mumbai. Sea View, Plot 6, Charkop Sector 8, Kandivali West, Mumbai-
400067. They will develop these seeds into saplings and gift it to the farmers of India. These trees will not only give us
cleaner air and oxygen but also bear fruits that will pay the farmers and citizens who plant it”

It is rightly pointed out that

“Nature has enough for everyone’s need, but not for anybody’s greed”, and we need to find ways and means to experience
this vital relationship.
