(2) Jacking of the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) to replace the wheel.
WARNING: DEFLATE THE TIRES TO LESS THAN 2 BAR (29 PSI) BEFORE YOU LOOSEN THE AXLE NU
T ON WHEEL ASSEMBLIES WITH MISSING, BROKEN OR LOOSE TIE-BOLTS. IF YOU DO N
OT OBEY THIS INSTRUCTION, SEPARATION OF THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY CAN OCCUR AN
D CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.
WARNING: DEFLATE THE TIRES TO LESS THAN 2 BAR (29 PSI) BEFORE YOU REMOVE A WHEEL AS
SEMBLY THAT HAS A DAMAGED OR WORN TIRE. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS INSTRUCTI
ON, EXPLOSION OF THE TIRE CAN OCCUR AND CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL.

NOTE: If you must remove the wheel for access or inspections, it is not necessary to deflate th
e tire if:
- The tire is in the correct condition.
- The tie bolts are not loose or broken.
- The tire pressure is in the normal operating range Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-00-210-
003.
If you do not have these three conditions, it is necessary to decrease the tire pres
sure.
(a) Remove the cap (51) from the inflation valve (50).
(b) Attach the ADAPTER - TIRE INFLATION/DEFLATION to the inflation valve (50).
(c) Decrease the tire pressure until the pressure gage of the ADAPTER - TIRE INFLATION/DEFL
ATION shows between 1.79 bar (26 psi) and 2.20 bar (32 psi).
(e) Put the cap (51) on the inflation valve (50) and tighten it.
