Raspberry Gelato Moonshine

Yield: 2 mason jars (16 oz each)

An easy homemade moonshine recipe with Everclear, raspberries, sugar, mint, and vanilla. This
sweet and refreshing Raspberry Gelato Moonshine is a great fruit flavored moonshine recipe that
can be enjoyed on its own or mixed to make a cocktail.

Ingredients

 2 cups water
 1/2 cup sugar
 4 cups raspberries
 2 tbsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp. mint extract
 3 1/2 cups 190 proof Everclear

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add sugar and stir constantly until
completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to allow to cool thoroughly.
2. Place raspberries in a large bowl. Use a fork or the back of a wooden spoon to muddle the
berries. Divide evenly into 4 mason jars.
3. Once the sugar-water is cooled, add the vanilla and mint extracts. Stir well. Pour equal
amounts into 4 mason jars.
4. Top with Everclear, divided evenly into each jar. Close jars and shake well.
5. Store the jars in the refrigerator for 4 weeks, shaking every 2 days to help with the
infusion process.
6. Strain through a cheesecloth to remove raspberry pieces. Pour back into mason jars and
return to refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Notes

- Can be enjoyed straight or mixed to make a cocktail

- Tip: Set a reminder on your phone to remind yourself to shake the jar every 2 days.

- While we made this moonshine using 4 16-oz mason jars, after straining the fruit the result was
only 2 jars of moonshine in the end.
Sour Cherry Moonshine
Yield: 3 mason jars (16 oz each)

A sweet, puckering sour cherry moonshine made from infusing Everclear, cherry vodka, and
sour cherry candies.

Ingredients

 1 cup sugar
 4 cups water, divided
 1 cup Everclear
 2 Tbsp cherry syrup
 1/2 cup cherry vodka
 1 cup sour cherry ball candies

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add sugar and stir constantly until
completely dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to allow to cool thoroughly (about
15 minutes).
2. Pour sugar water, additional 2 cups water, Everclear, cherry syrup, and cherry vodka into
a large pitcher. Stir to combine.
3. Divide sour cherry balls among mason jars (we used 16 oz mason jars). Then, pour the
liquor mixture in on top of them, filling each jar to the top. Close the jars and place in the
refrigerator for 1 week.
4. After a week, pour the moonshine from each jar through a strainer into a pitcher to
remove any remains of the sour cherry candies. Then, pour moonshine back into the
mason jars and shake to ensure flavors are well blended. Store jars in refrigerator until
ready to enjoy.
Green Cotton Candy Moonshine

This moonshine recipe combines cotton candy, cotton candy vodka, sugar, and Everclear to
make a delicious homemade moonshine. Plus, the bright green color of this cotton candy
moonshine will certainly catch everyone’s attention!

Ingredients

 1 container of multi colored cotton candy (separate for the green)


 2 tbsp sugar
 1/4 cup cotton candy vodka
 2 cups Everclear
 1/3 tube edible pearl dust

Instructions

1. Fill a 24 oz mason jar with green cotton candy.


2. In a pitcher, combine sugar, vodka, and Everclear. Stir to mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a mason jar over the cotton candy. Allow to sit until cotton candy is
dissolved.
4. Once cotton candy dissolves, store jars in refrigerator for about 1 week, shaking jars
every 2 days to help with the infusion process.
5. When ready to serve, add edible pearl dust and shake well to combine.

 1/2 cup water


 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 4 cups of strawberries (sliced)
 40 Hot Tamale candies (10 per jar)
 4 cups Everclear (1 cup per jar)
 4 drops red food coloring (1 per jar)

Instructions

1. To make a simple syrup: Stir water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until
sugar dissolves and a syrup liquid forms. Remove from heat and cool.
2. Place strawberry slices in a large bowl. Use a fork or the back of a wooden spoon to
muddle the strawberries. Divide strawberries into 4 mason jars.
3. Divide simple syrup, hot tamales, and Everclear into mason jars. Add 1 drop red food
coloring to each. Shake jars to combine ingredients.
4. Let sit for 24 hrs - 1 week in a cool, dry location.
5. Shake jars every 2 days to help with the infusion process.
6. Strain through a cheesecloth to remove strawberry pieces. Pour back into jars and chill.
7. Enjoy!

Notes

-To add a sparkle shimmer add 1 tsp. of silver shimmer powder to each jar and shake well.

-Store in refrigerator up to 30 days.

-Can be enjoyed straight or mixed to make a cocktail
