About The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to
join our team in Bangalore. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating
new business leads and closing sales opportunities over the phone and email.

Responsibilities:
● Identify and actively connect with new opportunities and leads via cold calling, social media,
webinars, college collaborations
● Evaluate and show potential clients the advantages and unique qualities of our products
offerings to demonstrate how they fulfill their needs
● Convert prospects into paying customers by delivering exceptional customer service,
addressing inquiries from both current and potential clients
● Regularly update customer information and sales interactions in our CRM system

Eligibility Criteria:
● Any graduate with atleast 55% throughout academics
● Good spoken and written English and communication skills
● Prior experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage

*Fixed component is paid as per attendance & on generating a min of 25 sales every month
& if the min target is not met, a deduction of INR 750 per sale will be applied during the
Internship period

**A pre placement offer of 4.32 LPA will be offered on completing 3 months of internship.
Candidates will be eligible for receiving performance based incentives on once they join us
as full-time employees
