SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, VANESSA AGUILAR WONG, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at.
Brgy. Minane Concepcion, Tarlac, do hereby name, constitute and appoint REJOLIO G. DICDICAN,
likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with residence and postal address at 125-D Katuparan St., Barangay
Commonwealth, Quezon City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my names, places
and stead, to do and perform the following special powers to wit;

a. To represent me in requesting for the birth certificate and death certificate of my

father DANILO TOLENTINO WONG before the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);
b. To request for the authentication of all documents before the Department of
Foreign Affairs (DFA) and to represent me before other concerned agencies of the
Philippine Government and with the TECO (Taipei Economic Cultural Office) in the
Philippines, as required by the Bureau of Labor Insurance of Taiwan, in order that I
may claim the Death Benefit as an OFW arising from the death of my father-
DANILO TOLENTINO WONG;
c. To follow-up and or transact, execute, pay the required fees, sign all documents
and to claim and or receive all the documents for and in my behalf;
d. To do any and every act and sign any paper and document necessary in order to
give effect to the purpose and objective for which this Special Power of Attorney is
given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in
person; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under by virtue of these presents.
