‫ثالثة من أصدقائك فكروا في إنشاء مشروع ريادي‪ ،‬باعتبارك صديقهم المؤهل بحصولك علي ماجيتسير‬
‫إدارة األعمال المهني قرر األصدقاء اللجوء إليك كمستشار في كيفية إنشاء المشروع وتشغيله‪ .‬حدد لهم‬
‫أول خطوتين هامتين ال بد من اعتمادهما كنقطة بداية‪ ،‬ومن ثم الشروع في الخطوة الثالثة التي سيتم‬
‫االعتماد عليها في توجيه األعمال في االتجاه الصحيح عبر طرح أسئلة ُمنتقاة‪ ،‬وبالتالي سيتقرر هل سيتم‬

‫اتفق عدد من الشركاء على إنشاء كيان تجاري بعد القيام بدراسة الجدوى الالزمة‪ ،‬أي من األشكال‬
‫القانونية للشركة يمكن االعتماد عليها؟ ولماذا؟ لكٍل من مضمون الشراكة المقترحة اآلتية‪:‬‬
‫أ) إجمالي الشركاء ‪ 4‬شركاء‪ ،‬منهم ‪ 2‬مقيمون بالخارج و ‪ 2‬مقيمون بالسوق المحلي المزمع إقامة الكيان‬
‫التجاري به‪.‬‬
‫ب) عشرات الشركاء‪ ،‬وستعتمد الشركة على رأس مال كبير نسبًيا‪.‬‬

‫أعطت دراسة الجدوى الكاملة الضوء األخضر للبدء في تنفيذ مشروعك الريادي‪ ،‬قم بإعداد اآلتي‬
‫ليكون جاهًز ا للعرض على مصادر التمويل واالستثمار المختلفة‪:‬‬
‫أ) صفحة الفهرس لخطة العمل‪.‬‬
‫ب) أول ما سيقع عليه نظر المستثمر ليطالعه في أقل من دقيقة فيقرر ما إذا كان سيكمل قراءة خطة العمل‬
‫بشغف أم سيقوم بعمل روتيني؟‬
‫ج) باقي عناصر خطة العمل مع توضيح كل عنصر‪.‬‬

- First Case:

Three of your friends have decided to set up a project. As a qualified friend who has MBA,
your friends decided to consult you on how to set up and operate the project. Which will
depend on guiding the business in the right direction by asking selected questions, so it will
be decided whether the other steps will be taken or you need to review the first and
second steps again and amend them.
A) Name the first three steps.
B) Explain the first and second steps.
C) What are the third step types?

- Second case:

As an entrepreneur, when you start to study the feasibility of a project, choose an idea
and start to plan the feasibility study taking into account the following:
A) The basic components of the feasibility study.
B) What is the market dynamics study that determines profitability? How will you deal with
each?
C) What are the elements of each step of the feasibility study? What is its importance?
(Important note: You can use illustrative charts whenever possible, and do not require a

 - Fourth Case:

A number of partners agreed to establish a commercial entity after conducting the

necessary feasibility study, which of the legal forms of the company can be relied upon?
And why? For each of the following proposed partnership forms:

A) A total of 4 partners, 2 of whom are expatriates and 2 residents of the local market
where project will be established
B) Dozens of partners, and the company will rely on relatively large capital
C) Less than 50 partners, and not expire by death of each partner. And no public
subscription can be made to the shares.

- Fifth Case:

A full feasibility study has given the green light to start the implementation of your
project. Prepare the following to be ready for presentation on various sources of financing
and investment:

A) Index page of the work plan

B) The first thing the investor will see in less than a minute and will decide whether to
continue reading the business plan passionately or reading it as a routine job?
C) The rest of the elements of the business plan, with explanation of each element.
D) Write a model for your conversation (elevator's speech) between you and an important
investor met him in the elevator (30 - 60 seconds at most) exposed to your project
