Week 4 (Milestone 4): App Review Submission and Shopify Store Setup

- App Submission:
Submitting your app to the App Store and Play Store for review. Having your app available on
major platforms enhances its visibility and accessibility, broadening your customer base.

- Shopify Store Setup:


Establishing your Shopify store with consistent layouts, product categories, and essential
functionalities. This parallel online presence ensures that your brand is accessible and consistent
across multiple platforms, maximizing reach and sales potential.

Technical Specifications:

- For App:
- Frontend: ReactNative
- Backend: NodeJs
- Database: MongoDb
- Hosting: Playstore and AppStore, AWS (backend, admin panel)

For Shopify Store:


- Liquid (standard Shopify language)

Terms & Condition:

1. Payment Terms:

- Total budget quote for the scope will be ₹ 1, 25,000/- (without gst and tds)
- Advance Payment: 20% or agreed amount upon confirmation of contract.
- Subsequent Payments: 20% or as per discussion on completion of each subsequent
milestone.

2. Service and Maintenance:


- Appopoleis will provide client with one year of service and maintenance post-launch, covering
software updates, bug fixes, and technical support. Specific service levels and response times
can be outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA), if client requires.

3. Additional Features and Modifications:


- Any requests for additional features or modifications will be jointly discussed and must be
mutually agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- Pricing for additional features will be determined based on the estimated effort required for
design and development, which will be documented and agreed upon before commencement. A
pricing framework and cost cap can be discussed if required.

4. Exclusions:
- The quoted budget is exclusive of any external API costs or third-party services necessary for
the development or deployment of the application. Such costs will be identified and approved by
client prior to implementation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights:


- All intellectual property rights in the developed application, including code, documentation, and
design, will be owned by client. Appopoleis retains the right to use project-related technologies
and expertise for other client projects, excluding any confidential information.

6. Confidentiality and Data Security:


- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the contract
term. The developed application will comply with applicable data protection regulations, and both
parties will adhere to agreed-upon data security standards.
