Activity: FLOOR TILE DESIGN
Instructions
1. Divide yourselves into 4 groups.
2. Examine and analyze a provided picture of a floor tile as a team.
Evaluate the design elements and patterns used in the design.
3. Collaboratively design your floor tile similar to the pattern in the
picture using the materials provided within a 15-minute timeframe.
4. After the task, a representative from each group will have 2
minutes to present their floor tile design to the rest of the
participants.
5. During the presentation, answer the following questions:
 Share your reflections on the activity and how it contributed
to your understanding.
 Discuss the thought process behind your group's chosen
strategy for creating the floor tile design.
 Highlight any challenges or difficulties encountered during
the task and how your group overcame them.
