NVIDIA NIM inference microservices are enabling faster, scalable, and more
cost-effective large language model development and deployment within
Now LLMs. These domain-specific LLMs power the capabilities of Now Assist
and help ServiceNow customers scale generative AI across the enterprise.
StarCoder2
A product of the collaboration between ServiceNow, Hugging Face, and
NVIDIA, sets a new standard for code generation using large language
models. Trained on 619 programming languages, StarCoder2 can be further
specialized for tasks such as source code generation, workflow generation,
text summarization, and more.

Intelligent Workflow Automation
Starting in the Telecom sector, ServiceNow and NVIDIA are
leveraging deep sector understanding to fine-tune large
language models with specific use cases in mind.
The first being Now Assist for Telecommunications Service
Management (TSM), focusing on business-critical use cases,
such as:
Customer Care – GenAI chat summarization and agent
assist. This helps agents serve customers quickly and focus
more time on the most complex cases.
