That We, FERNANDO S. RAVELO and DIODERICO S. RAVELO all of legal age, all
married, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Highway, Dulag, Leyte do hereby NAME, APPOINT
AND CONSITUTE, DIANA MARIE D. BORJA of both legal age, single, Filipino and Office
Secretary at GOC-ONG LAW OFFICE, Brgy. 82 Marasbaras, Tacloban City, to be my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of
the following acts, namely:

1. To process the transfer of Tax Declaration relating to the Extrajudicial Settlement of

Estate of Gerardo De Paz-Rabelo, Extra-Judicial Settlement with Sale of Two
Parcels of Lands allegedly executed by Felimon, Cristita, Maria and Victoria all
surnamed Quintan in favor of Miguela De Paz Rabelo, Deed of Absolute Sale
from Miguela De Paz to Cesario Beringuel, involving a parcel of land, located at
Brgy. Combis, and Brgy. Victory, Dulag, Leyte, covered by the Tax Declaration Nos;

2. To represent us before the Office of the Municipal Assessor of Dulag LGU, Provincial
Assessor, Office of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Office of the Register of
Deeds (ROD), and other government agencies for transactions pertaining to the
titling process, payments of transfer fees and other related charges, issuance of the
Certificate Authorizing Registration(CAR), transfer of name for the Tax Declaration;
3. To represent me before the Office of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) for the
purpose of securing the Death Certificate of Maximo Quintana, Fructosa Matabog
Quintana, Gerardo De Paz Rabelo and Birth Certificates and Marriage Certificate of
the Heirs of Gerardo De Paz Rabelo, namely; Leonila S. Rabelo, Fernando S. Ravelo,
Gerry S. Rabelo, Floderliza R. Tabian, Dioderico S. Ravelo, Rowena S. Rabelo,
Marilyn S. Ravelo and Gerlie R. Cruz;
4. To sign and execute any document which may be required in relation to the purposes
hereof.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney in fact full powers and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as might or could lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
