Temperature & Clothing

The maximum day time temperature during October / November is 30 degrees in Dubai and during night you will

Taxis are easily available in Dubai city. UBER also have the taxi services in Dubai.

Covid Guidelines
1. All passengers are advised to arrive atleast 6 hours before the departure of their flights from India.
2. After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the Antigen Test counters at your respective airport for an
Antigen test before departure.
3. Please collect the registration form, fill all your personal details as per your passport, pay the fee and
provide the sample.
4. Please collect the receiving form and proceed to the airport entrance, proceed to the Covid report
collection counters and wait for the report.
5. You may have to wait for approximately 1 hours or more for the collection of your report.
6. Passenger holding a negative report are allowed to check in and boarding the flight.
7. Please proceed for check in, immigration check and security check and board your flight.
8. After arriving Abu Dhabi/ Sharjah / Dubai airport, please proceed for RTPCR test counters as organized
by the airport authorities. It is free of cost.
9. They may ask for your Local UAE contact for the sample collection. You are advised to carry an
International calling card.
10. After providing the sample, please proceed for collection of your check in baggage and boarding your
transfers to the Hotel.
11. You are advised to stay at the Hotel till the report came. Generally it may take approximately 6 – 8 hours.

BEFORE RETURNING BACK TO INDIA, YOU NEED TO CARRY A NEGATIVE COVID RESULT REPORT FROM AN
AUTHORIZED LAB IN UAE. FOR YOUR OWN CONVENIENCE, THIS TEST IS ARRANGED AT YOUR HOTEL ON
DIRECT PAYMENT. THE COST OF THIS TEST IS AED 130.

Dos & Don’ts

1. Please Carry Hard Copy printouts of your Vaccination certificate, Latest RTPCR Test report & ticket pass.
2. Please download Alhosan app in your mobile phone by registering yourself on ICA registration portal as
this will enable your entry in UAE.
3. Please follow the timings as mentioned in the itinerary, anything specified by the tour manager and guides
to make your tour go smooth.
4. Please follow social distancing norms, always carry hand sanitizer and an extra mask while travelling
outside and in flight.
5. Smoking is allowed at designated areas only. Your hotel is completely non – smoking. There are fire
alarms at the Hotel and are heavy fines for smoking in the room.
6. Do not litter or spit in public areas as this is a punishable offence.
7. Public washrooms charge a nominal fee for one time usage. You are advised to use them during
sightseeing & transfers.
8. Please avoid interacting with strangers.
9. Never leave you baggage unattended.
