Hello everyone,

My name is Mutiara Damayanti. I am currently a student at Sriwijaya University in Indralaya,

where I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems. I enrolled in this esteemed
institution in 2021, and since then, I have been dedicated to my studies and eager to delve
deeper into the field of computer systems. My beloved home is located at Perumnas Tiara,
Block C8, Jalan Sersan Jawahir Gang Melati.

I come from a loving and supportive family. My mother's name is Rodiah, and she is a
dedicated homemaker who has always been there to support and encourage me in all my
endeavors. My father's name is Sahril. He used to work as a civil servant at SMKN 1 Lahat
before retiring. His hard work and dedication to his career have always been a source of
inspiration for me.

I am the youngest of three siblings. My elder sister, Gita Konsadila, and my elder brother,
Akbar Albarokah, are both excellent role models for me. They both graduated from the
Mechanical Engineering program at Sriwijaya University in Palembang. Their academic
achievements have motivated me to strive for excellence in my studies and career path.

In my free time, I find immense joy in listening to various genres of music. Music has always
been an important part of my life, helping me relax and find inspiration. Some of my favorite
English songs include "Enchanted" by Taylor Swift, "Drunk Text" by Henry Moodie,
“Princesses Don't Cry” by Aviva, and the beautiful mashup "Demons × Jar Of Hearts". These
songs resonate deeply with me and often serve as sources of inspiration and comfort. In the
world of Indonesian music, I enjoy "Takkan Pisah" by Eren, "Takkan Berpaling DariMu" by
Deborah Hanna, and "Peri Cintaku" by Ziva Magnolya. These songs personally resonate with
me and often serve as the perfect soundtrack to my life.

Besides music, I am also a huge fan of anime. Anime has been a passion of mine for years,
offering a beautiful escape into captivating stories and complex characters. Some of my
favorite anime series include "Bungo Stray Dogs," which captivates me with its unique blend
of supernatural elements and literary references, "Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken," which is
an exciting journey of reincarnation and adventure, "Blue Lock," a thrilling sports anime,
"Haikyu," which inspires me with its story of determination and teamwork, "Kimetsu no
Yaiba," renowned for its stunning animation and engaging story, and "Link Click," which has
a unique twist of time travel. These anime series, among many others, keep me engaged and
provide a wonderful balance to my academic activities.
Currently, I am also focused on improving my English proficiency, which is why I am taking
a USEPT (Usept) preparation course. My current exam score is around 340, far from the
passing score of 500 required by my faculty. This has been a humbling experience, but I am
determined not to let this setback define my academic journey.

To tackle this challenge, I have enrolled in the English Language Study Program (USEPT). I
am committed to enhancing my English skills and achieving the required score. I am fully
aware that this requires hard work, dedication, and perseverance. However, I am ready to
embrace this challenge with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

I believe that with consistent effort and the support of my instructors, friends, and family, I can
significantly improve my English proficiency. My goal is not only to achieve the passing score
but to surpass it. I am confident that this experience will not only enhance my academic
performance but also expand my future career opportunities.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported me thus far and
thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better.

Best regards,
Mutiara Damayanti
