Greetings!

I am writing to request my score the Teacher Reflection Form (TRF) for SC3-33 (Math
Teacher I -Junior High School). Based on the initial scores I have during the open-ranking.
I only need two more points to reach 50, which is necessary to be included in the Registry of
Qualified Applicants but I wasn’t able to check it on time because I live in the hinterland in
Sitio Avocado, Brgy. Talalak, Sta. Catalina where there is no internet connection and I am
not aware that the Regisrty of Qualified Applicants (RQA) was already posted.

Given this close margin, I would like to know my exact score on the TRF. A detailed
explanation or feedback regarding My TRF score would be greatly appreciated.
