Objective
The objectives of this slide pack are to:
i. Enable support team to maintain and provide
sufficient support for TNB Quick Win
ii. Overview of TNB COSEC and Business Units
iii. Pre-requisites for End Users to ensure document
front end display for edits and reviews
iv. Effectively maintain user permission and user groups
v. Effectively maintain metadata forms and attributes

COSEC Overview
1. COSEC is a division within TNB
2. In the figure below, Enterprise level is managed by Level 1 Admin which is defined as Admin Group or System Admin

3 Manage by Level 2 Admin

3. COSEC level which is Division level, is managed by Level 2 Admin which defined as Division Admin
4. COSEC has 5 business unit under its division which are SUBSIDIARY, ULP, UPK, UPSKP and USK
5 Manage by Level 3 Admin

5. Business Unit level is managed by Level 3 Admin which can be defined as Business Unit Admin
6. Level 3 Admin can be Department Admin or Business Unit Admin, depends on client requirement and solution design document (SDD)
7. For this case, SUBSIDIARY, ULP, UPK, UPSKP and USK are Business Unit under COSEC
8. All folder permission is managed by Admin Level 2 except SUBSIDIARY which have COSEC_SUB_Admin usergroup**

Pre-requisites: Enterprise Connect & Content Server Extension

1. TNB Content Server front end editor is utilizing Enterprise connect & content server extension to display ECM documents locally via local
application (e.g Microsoft Office)

2. In order to ensure the documents in ECM platform is accessible and functional, the following prerequisites are required to be installed on
the end user's local device:
a) Enterprise Connect
b) Content Server Browser Extension for Chrome

1. ECM platform accessibility is controlled by assigned User Group as agreed and stated within the Solution Design Document:
a) Sheet “Users and Groups” in SDD
b) Check user ID and user Name
c) Check user Group and Role assigned (https://ecm-stg.tnb.com.my/otcs/cs.exe?func=ll&objId=30192985&objAction=RunReport)
