DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by and between:

____________________, of legal age, Filipino, single and residing at

__________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER),
________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to____________________,
of legal age, Filipinos and residents ___________________________ (hereinafter
referred to as the SELLERS).

________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to ____________________,

of legal age, Filipinos and residents ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as
the BUYERS).

____________________, of legal age, Filipino, single and residing at

__________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the SELLER),

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the registered owner of parcel of land situated in (location of
the property) with an area of (Amount in words) (numbers) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
covered by (Title No.), more particularly described as follows:

Technical Description

WHEREAS, the VENDEE, offered to purchase a property from the VENDOR and the
VENDOR agreed to sell to the VENDEE the above-described parcel of land;

WHEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TWENTY MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY

THOUSAND (Php20,930,000.00) PESOS Philippine Currency, which the VENDOR acknowledged
to have received from the VENDEE, by these presents, the VENDOR hereby SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY, by way of absolute sale unto the said RAEL KITZ CORPORATION
represented by MAY KATHRINE F. GONZALES, their heirs, and assigns, the above-mentioned
parcels of land;
 That the VENDOR hereby warrants their full and absolute ownership on the above-
described parcels of land to be free from liens and encumbrances and shall defend its title from
any or all claims whatsoever.

That the Provisions of Article 1623 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines and other
pertinent laws in connection with this sale have been complied with.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ___ th day of
