In three to five years after graduation the graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Computer

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The trainee would like to extend her gratitude to the following persons who helped and

guided her throughout the internship.

To her family and friends who had been her inspiration and strength, they are the reason

why she finished training because they keep on supporting her, especially in her studies and on-

the-job-training.

In addition, to her practicum adviser Engr. Christine Joy A. Haya who helped

accomplished her on-the-job-training. She is one of those who motivated her to pass all the

requirements needed. Also, Cesar Almonicar who were in charge in introducing planning and

development services. They are consideration and understanding regarding her concerns and

needs particularly in her training helped her overcome all setbacks.

Furthermore, to the whole staff that have given their patience and guidance to import the

trainee a fruitful knowledge she could apply in the future, as well as to Mrs. Marivel Alarcon, the

chief director in PSA. Also, to all the family and Staffs of PSA. The whole period of training was

imparted with the course that she is currently taking. Who treated her nicely not just as a student

but as a family and part of the institution.

In conclusion, to our Almighty God who gives her strength and courage every single day,

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and dedicate the successful completion of

my On-the-Job Training in PSA to all the individuals who have supported and guided me

throughout this journey.

First and foremost, to Ms. Jane Vanessa A. Inopia, who not only provided me with

valuable knowledge and insights but also helped me develop important skills that will

significantly contribute to my professional growth. Your patience, guidance, and willingness to

share your expertise have been instrumental in shaping me into a more confident and capable

individual.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to the entire PSA team for welcoming me

with open arms and creating a conducive learning environment. Your support, encouragement,

and team spirit have made my training experience truly memorable. Each interaction, feedback,

and collaboration with you all has been invaluable and has taught me the importance of effective

To my fellow trainees, thank you for being great companions during this journey. Your

camaraderie and shared experiences have made the training period enjoyable and meaningful. I

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The computer engineering student are required to train at different companies and use

what they learned in school to gain practical experience and learn important skills in the field.

The intern conducted her OJT at the Philippine Statistic Authority on June 26, 2023, to

August 4, 2023, completing a Two Hundred Forty (240) hours of training.

The intern was assigned to the different department such as Accounting section and

statistical section, to practice her skills, gain experience and knowledge. The intern was also

assigned to assist on the Municipal of Cataingan, and Municipality of Mobo, and assist during

the meeting about CENSUS, and conduct a seminar in Statistical Researcher Training in

CENSUS, Barangay Tugbo, Mobo, Masbate.

Overall, for the whole 240 hours of training in PSA, the trainee maintained a good

attitude in the workplace and this her will help a lot in developing your personal development as

well her development in the field where you chosen field of endeavor.
